A CAS and a collision avoidance method are provided. The collision avoidance method includes: detecting, by a radar, a first detection area and a second detection area to generate a detection result of a target object, where the second detection area includes the first detection area and is greater than the first detection area; determining whether the target object invades the first detection area or the second detection area based on the detection result; in response to determining that the target object invades the second detection area but does not invade the first detection area, calculating a first collision probability based on a first weight and the detection result; in response to determining that the target object invades the first detection area, calculating the first collision probability based on a second weight and the detection result; determining whether to output an alarm message based on the first collision probability.

Collision avoidance system and collision avoidance method

A calculation method and a detection device for detecting a power capacity of a battery of an electronic device are provided. In the calculation method, a highest voltage value and a lowest voltage value of the battery are received. A unit voltage difference value is generated according to the highest voltage value and the lowest voltage value. A voltage value of the battery is converted into voltage value data, and the electronic device is controlled in an operation mode to obtain a time length required for the voltage value data to drop to the unit voltage difference value in the operation mode. A total discharge capacity of the battery is generated according to the time length and a use time interval of the electronic device in the operation mode, and a current power capacity is generated according to the total discharge capacity.

The thermal image positioning method includes obtaining a temperature array corresponding to the thermal image and determining a region of interest (ROI) of the temperature array. An optical touch device and a sensing method thereof are provided. The optical touch device includes a plurality of optical sensors and a processing unit. The optical sensors are arranged around a touch plane and are spaced from each other. The two adjacent optical sensors located at one side of the touch plane are defined as one set of an optical sensing module, such that the optical sensors are paired to form multiple sets of the optical sensing modules. The processing unit generates a plurality of touch coordinates data corresponding to the plurality sets of the optical sensing modules according to the optical touch data, and determines whether the touch coordinates data corresponding to each set of the optical sensing modules is in at least one touch-excluded area corresponding to each set of the optical sensing modules, and respectively excludes the touch coordinates data in the touch-excluded area.
