A pixel array substrate, including a substrate, multiple conductors, a pixel driving circuit, a first pad, and a second pad, is provided. The substrate has a first surface, a second surface, and multiple through holes. The through holes extend from the first surface to the second surface. The conductors are respectively disposed in the through holes. The pixel driving circuit is disposed on the first surface of the substrate. The first pad and the second pad are disposed on the second surface of the substrate. The conductors include a first conductor, a second conductor, and a first dummy conductor. The first conductor is electrically connected to the pixel driving circuit and the first pad. The second conductor is electrically connected to the pixel driving circuit and the second pad. The first dummy conductor is overlapped with and electrically isolated from the pixel driving circuit.

Pixel array substrate

The present disclosure provides an electronic device. The electronic device includes a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a buffer layer disposed on the second substrate, a protection layer, an active array, a pixel array, and an alignment film. The first substrate includes a transmitting region, a display region surrounding the transmission region, and a periphery region surrounding the display region. The protection layer is disposed on the buffer layer. The active array is disposed on the buffer layer. The pixel array is disposed on the active array and electrically connected to the active array. The alignment film is conformally disposed on the protection layer and the second substrate. The alignment film includes a first portion in direct contact with the second substrate. A vertical projection of the first portion of the alignment film overlaps the transmitting region of the first substrate.

Electronic device

An electronic device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a buffer layer, an active array, a pixel array, a protection layer and an alignment film. The first substrate includes a transmission region, a display region, and a periphery region. The periphery region surrounds the display region, and the display region surrounds the transmission region. The first substrate is disposed opposite to the second substrate. The buffer layer is disposed on the second substrate. The protection layer is disposed on the buffer layer, and a projection of the protection layer on the second substrate is apart from the transmission region. The active array is disposed on the buffer layer. The pixel array is disposed on the active array and is electrically connected to the active array. The alignment film is conformally disposed on the protection layer, the buffer layer, and the second substrate.

Electronic device and fabrication method of the same

A display apparatus includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium, a pixel structure, a read-out transistor, a first insulating layer, a light-sensing structure, and a color filter pattern. The display medium is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The pixel structure is disposed between the display medium and the first substrate. The read-out transistor has a semiconductor pattern and a control terminal. The light-sensing structure is disposed between the second substrate and the display medium, and is electrically connected to the read-out transistor. The first insulating layer is disposed between the semiconductor pattern and the control terminal of the read-out transistor. The color filter pattern is disposed between the second substrate and the display medium. The first insulating layer has an opening located outside the light-sensing structure, and the color filter pattern fills the opening of the first insulating layer.

Display apparatus

A pixel array substrate including a substrate, a plurality of pixel structures and a scan device is provided. The pixel structures are arranged on the substrate along a first direction. Each pixel structure includes a data line, an active device and a pixel electrode. The active device has a semiconductor pattern, a source electrode and a drain electrode. The source electrode and the drain electrode are electrically connected to the data line and the pixel electrode respectively. The scan device includes a first and a second scan line. The first and the second scan line extend in the first direction and are electrically connected to each other. The active devices of the pixel structures are electrically connected to the first and the second scan line. The first and the second scan line respectively overlap two different regions of the semiconductor pattern of each active device.

An active device array substrate including a first scan line, a first data line, a second data line, a first active device, a first pixel electrode, a second active device, a second pixel electrode, and a first shielding pattern layer is provided. The first active device includes a first gate electrically connected to the first scan line, a first semiconductor pattern layer, a first source electrically connected to the first data line, and a first drain. The second active device includes a second gate electrically connected to the first scan line, a second semiconductor pattern layer, a second source electrically connected to the second data line, and a second drain. The first shielding pattern layer is overlapped with the first semiconductor pattern layer and the second semiconductor pattern layer. The first shielding pattern layer is overlapped with the second data line and not overlapped with the first data line.

Active device array substrate

A pixel structure including a first pixel unit, a second pixel unit, a first insulating layer, and a common electrode is provided. The first and second pixel units are disposed on a substrate, and includes a first drain and a first pixel electrode, and a second drain and a second pixel electrode, respectively. The first insulating layer covers the first and second drains. The first and second pixel electrodes are disposed on the first insulating layer, and the first insulating layer has first and second contact holes uncovering the first and second drains, respectively. The common electrode is disposed on the first insulating layer, and is electrically insulated from the first and second pixel electrodes, and has a common opening. When projected onto the substrate, the first and second contact holes are disposed within a region of the common opening.

Pixel structure

A pixel structure of display panel includes a first thin film transistor device, a second thin film transistor device, a first passivation layer, a common electrode, a second passivation layer, a first pixel electrode and a second pixel electrode. The first passivation layer has a first opening partially exposing a first drain electrode of the first thin film transistor device and a second drain electrode of the second thin film transistor device. The common electrode has a second opening partially exposing the first drain electrode and the second drain electrode. The second passivation layer has a third opening partially exposing the first drain electrode and the second drain electrode. The first pixel electrode is electrically connected to the first drain electrode through the third opening, the second opening and the first opening, and the second pixel electrode is electrically connected to the second drain electrode through the third opening, the second opening and the first opening.

Pixel structure of display panel

An embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a heating device comprising a carbon nanotube, which comprises a carbon nanotube layer containing aligned carbon nanotube carpet, a first electrode and a second electrode having a predetermined distance between each other and electrically connected to the carbon nanotube layer respectively, wherein a current produced by applying a voltage to the first electrode passes laterally via the diameter direction of the aligned carbon nanotubes from the first electrode to the second electrode. The present disclosure also includes methods for manufacturing the aligned carbon nanotube carpet.
