An elastic element includes an inner annular wall, at least one outer annular wall, and a groove. The at least one outer annular wall connects with the inner annular wall and surrounds the inner annular wall. The groove is formed between the inner annular wall and the at least one outer annular wall. The structural designs of the inner annular wall, the at least one outer annular wall, and the groove are such that when the elastic element is applied to a hand tool, the groove provides a space that allows the inner annular wall to be deformed, making it easier for a user to fit a to-be-operated object securely in the hand tool to enhance work efficiency.

Elastic element and hand tool including the same

A socket includes a main body. The main body includes an output surface, an outer annular wall, and a resistance structure. The output surface is located at one end of the main body, surrounds an opening of the main body, and is perpendicular to a driving axis of the socket. The outer annular wall is connected with the output surface and includes an operating portion. The resistance structure is located on, and extends annularly along, the output surface. When an operator tries to remove the socket from a hand tool, the socket provides increased friction between the operator's hand and the output surface and therefore can be securely gripped.

An anti-vibration wrench includes a main body, a driving member and an elastic member. The main body includes a driving portion. The driving portion has a through hole and a driving axis. The driving member is sleeved in the through hole of the driving portion, and includes a tooth portion and an outer groove. The tooth portion is disposed around an inner annular surface of the driving member. The outer groove is disposed around an outer annular surface of the driving member. The elastic member is disposed in the outer groove, and located between the driving member and the driving portion. The driving member has a height along a direction parallel to the driving axis, and a disposed position of the outer groove is located between one third to two third of the height.

A sleeve structure includes a sleeve body, a tooth structure, a stopping structure, an elastic component and a resisting component. The sleeve body includes an opening hole. The tooth structure is disposed around an inner wall of the sleeve body, and includes a first groove and a second groove. The first groove and the second groove are disposed around the tooth structure, and the first groove is closer to the opening hole than the second groove. The stopping structure is disposed around the inner wall of the sleeve body, and the stopping structure is farther from the opening hole than the tooth structure. The stopping structure includes a through hole and an inner surrounding wall. The elastic component is disposed in the first groove and slightly protruded from the first groove. The resisting component is disposed in the second groove.

Sleeve structure and working tool assembly

A wrench with a movable mallet platform is proposed. The wrench with a movable mallet platform includes a wrench main body and a mallet platform. The wrench main body includes a shaft. The shaft includes at least one abutment surface. The mallet platform is slidably sleeved on the wrench main body, and includes at least one striking portion and two holding portions. An engagement surface extends toward the shaft from at least one striking portion, and the engagement surface abuts against the at least one abutment surface. The two holding portions are disposed opposite to each other, and each of the two holding portions is connected to the at least one striking portion. Thus, the wrench with a movable mallet platform of the present disclosure can be struck by a striking tool, thereby fastening or releasing a fastening member.

A roller wrench including a body with a circular chamber; a driving member with multiple sides capable of rotating in the chamber; a plurality of rollers installed in the chamber and located between a side of the driving member and a peripheral wall of the chamber; and a reversing knob capable of driving the rollers to move. Each of the sides of the driving member has a central area, a concave latching surface is respectively provided on two sides of the central area, and a concave state of each of the latching surfaces is gradually concaved inwardly from an inner side to an outer side. When each of the rollers is located on one edge of each of the sides, a peripheral surface of the roller contacts with the latching surface and the peripheral wall of the chamber; the body, rollers and driving member are latched with one another.

Tubular body of electronic torque wrench

A structure for mounting a cover plate in a head portion of a wrench is disclosed. An end surface of the head portion is concavely provided with a receiving chamber. The head portion is also concavely provided with a recess at the opening of the receiving chamber. The cover plate is mounted in the recess to close the receiving chamber, and the cover plate is fixed in the recess by the peripheral wall of the recess itself. In other words, the cover plate is mounted in the head portion of the wrench without using any connecting element and is fixed by the head portion of the wrench itself. The cover plate, once fixed, is kept from coming off so that the components mounted in the receiving chamber of the head portion will not fall out.

A socket-driven lighting connector is configured to connect with a socket and includes a connector main body, a light bulb, a switch, and a positioning ball. The connector main body includes an enclosing wall and a radial through hole. The enclosing wall surrounds and forms a through space. The radial through hole penetrates the enclosing wall and is in communication with the through space. The light bulb is disposed in the through space. The switch is provided in the through space and is electrically connected to the light bulb. The positioning ball is movably provided in the radial through hole. The switch and the positioning ball are so structured that by mounting the socket on the connector main body, the light bulb can be turned on to enhance the efficiency with which the socket can be operated in the dark.

A hand tool includes a first driving element, a second driving element and at least one connecting element. The first driving element includes a first driving portion and a first staggered portion. The first driving portion is connected to the first staggered portion integrally. The second driving element does not contact the first driving element and includes a second driving portion and a second staggered portion. The second driving portion is connected to the second staggered portion integrally. The connecting element connects the first staggered portion and the second staggered portion, wherein the connecting element is made of insulating material.

The invention is a hand tool for enhancing strength of a working head, which comprises: a main body with two parallel ears spaced apart at a front end; a working head with a pivotal portion pivotally connected between the ears of the main body; a column with one end connected to a periphery of the pivotal portion; and a strengthening portion extending from the periphery of the pivotal portion toward the column, and disposing at a junction of the pivotal portion and the column. An outer diameter of the strengthening portion is greater than an outer diameter of the column, the strengthening portion is capable of enhancing a strength of the column, relatively improving a torsion applied by the column to a workpiece, and enhancing durability and strength of the column.

A threaded fastener capable of torque detection includes: a head and a shank connected together, wherein the shank has a threaded peripheral surface; a neck formed at the junction between one end of the shank and the head; and at least one sensing element and a sealing element, both provided on the neck, wherein the sensing element is configured to detect deformation of the neck, and the sealing element seals the sensing element. The threaded fastener may further include a covering element that covers the sealing element. The threaded fastener can be deformed consistently, allowing the sensing element to obtain relatively accurate detection values.

A C-clip includes a C-shaped clip body and two peripherally open holes. The clip body can be opened and closed elastically. The peripherally open holes are provided on two lateral sides of the clip body respectively and are adjacent to or located at the two ends of the clip body respectively. The peripherally open holes are provided in the clip body and each have a communication opening and a closed end. A wall between the communication opening and the closed end of each peripherally open hole forms a stop edge for preventing a tip of a retaining ring plier from moving out of the peripherally open hole. The outer diameter of the clip body can be changed by applying forces to the clip body via the peripherally open holes respectively. As the clip body does not have any particularly protruding portion, the C-clip can be used in various situations.
