A virtual image display system and a control method thereof are provided. The virtual image display system includes a virtual image display device and an accessory. The accessory is disposed on a hand of a user and coupled to the virtual image display device. The virtual image display device is configured to: perform a gesture tracking action of the hand of the user according to positional information of the accessory; create a virtual pen and a virtual desktop according to gesture tracking information; decide whether to generate a virtual handwriting by determining a positional relationship between a pen tip of the virtual pen and the virtual desktop.

Virtual image display system and control method thereof

A system and a method for interacting with an extended reality environment are provided. The method includes: generating, by a touch sensor with a detection area, a touch signal, wherein the touch sensor is included in a ring-type controller; providing, by a head-mounted display, an extended reality scene; determining, by the head-mounted display, whether an object is in the detection area according to the touch signal; in response to determining the object is in the detection area, generating, by the head-mounted display, a first command according to a movement of the ring-type controller; and moving, by the head-mounted display, a cursor in the extended reality scene according to the first command.

System and method for interacting with extended reality environment

The embodiments of the disclosure provide a method for dynamically controlling shooting parameters of a camera and a tracking device. The method includes: determining a plurality of time frames, wherein the time frames include a plurality of first time frames and a plurality of second time frames; controlling the camera of the tracking device to shoot a first image with a first exposure parameter in each of the first time frames and accordingly performing an environment detection; controlling the camera of the tracking device to shoot a second image with a second exposure parameter in each of the second time frames and accordingly performing a first specific detection, wherein the second exposure parameter is lower than the first exposure parameter.

The present disclosure provides a control device, a control method and a virtual image display system. The control device controls a display. The control device includes an optical sensing component, a touch sensing component and a controller. The optical sensing component is configured to acquire optical sensing data of the control device when the control device moves in an environmental space. The touch sensing component is configured to acquire touch data of the control device when the control device moves on a plane. The controller is configured to generate a handwriting image according to the optical sensing data and the touch data, such that the display displays the handwriting image.

A wireless position tracking device, a display system, and a wearable device are provided. The wireless position tracking device includes a rigid body, point light sources, a motion sensor, and a wireless transmission module. The rigid body has an inner concave surface, a head, a connecting portion, and a tail. The connecting portion connects the head and tail. The point light sources are fixed to positions outside the inner concave surface. The motion sensor locates in the rigid body for sensing a motion thereof and generating motion information. The wireless transmission module locates in the rigid body and electrically connects the motion sensor for wirelessly transmitting the motion information to the head-mounted device. An image capturing module of the head-mounted device captures a pattern formed by the point light sources. The head-mounted device calculates a relative position of the wireless position tracking device according to the pattern and motion information.

The main body is connected to the holding assembly and has an inner surface and an outer surface. The trackers are disposed on the inner surface and the outer surface of the main body. The trackers arranged on the outer surface and a part of the trackers arranged on the inner surface are exposed to the outside in a top view direction and are arranged in interleaving.
