A display panel including a first pixel array, a second pixel array and a display medium therebetween is provided. The first pixel array includes a plurality of first pixel sets, and the second pixel array includes a plurality of second pixel sets. The second pixel array is disposed overlapping the first pixel array, and the display medium is disposed between the first pixel array and the second pixel array. A display unit set is constituted by each of the first pixel sets, one of the second pixel sets disposed overlapping the each of the first pixel sets and the display medium disposed between the first pixel set and the second pixel set, and the display unit set includes a plurality of display units.

Display panel

A display device includes an image processing device and a 3D (three-dimensional) display device. The image processing device captures and processes images of a plurality of objects to obtain positions of the plurality of objects. When a distance between at least two of the plurality of objects is smaller than a predetermined distance, the image processing device sets the at least two objects as a first group and sets an object of the plurality of objects that is closest to the first group as a first object, according to the positions of the plurality of objects. The 3D display device adjusts a visible range according to positions of the first group and the first object. A method for adjusting a visible range is also disclosed herein.

Display system and method for adjusting visible range

A stereoscopic display method includes the following acts. A plurality of stereoscopic images are provided by providing a plurality of stereoscopic display panels. At least one border is disposed between two of the stereoscopic display panels adjacent to each other. At least one stripe segment is added in each of the stereoscopic images. The stripe segments are adjacent to the border, such that the stripe segments and the border form a floating frame when an observer observes the stripe segments and the border using both eyes of the observer. A width of each of the stripe segments is adjusted, such that a depth of field of the floating frame is substantially the same as a depth of field of the stereoscopic images adjacent to the floating frame.

Stereoscopic display method

A multi-view auto-stereoscopic display is provided. The multi-view auto-stereoscopic display includes a light source, a first lenticular lens, a display module, and a second lenticular lens. The light source sequentially provides a plurality of light according to a plurality of timings in a cycle. The first lenticular lens is disposed in front of the light source and respectively directs the light from the light source to travel in a plurality of directions. The display module is disposed in front of the first lenticular lens and transforms the light from the first lenticular lens into a plurality of pixel light. The second lenticular lens is disposed in front of the display module and respectively directs the pixel light toward a plurality of views.

Multi-view auto-stereoscopic display

A liquid crystal display includes a display panel, a processor, a timing control circuit, and a switch cell layer. The switch cell layer includes a liquid crystal layer, a first driving circuit, and a second driving circuit. The switch cell layer is installed on the display panel. When the display panel displays at least one two-dimensional region and at least one three-dimensional region according to an image signal, the processor determines positions of the at least one two-dimensional region and the at least one three-dimensional region on the display panel according to the image signal. The timing control circuit is for generating an address signal according to the positions. The first driving circuit and the second driving circuit drive first enable lines coupled to the first driving circuit in groups and second enable lines coupled to the second driving circuit in groups respectively according to the address signal.

Liquid crystal display for displaying two-dimensional/three-dimensional images and method thereof

A display panel and a driving method thereof are provided. The display panel includes a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of first data lines, a plurality of second data lines and a plurality of pixels. The scan lines receive a plurality of scan signals. The pixels are arranged in an array and respectively have a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel. In each column, the first sub-pixel of i-th odd pixel electronically connects (2i&#x2212;1)-th scan line and a corresponding first data line, the second sub-pixel of i-th odd pixel electronically connects (2i&#x2212;1)-th and (2i)-th scan line and the corresponding first data line, the first sub-pixel of i-th even pixel electronically connects (2i)-th scan line and a corresponding second data line, and the second sub-pixel of i-th even pixel electronically connects (2i)-th and (2i+1)-th scan line and the corresponding second data line, wherein the i is a positive integer.
