A surface processing equipment using energy beam including a multi-axis platform, a surface profile measuring device, an energy beam generator and a computing device is provided. The multi-axis platform is configured to carry a workpiece and move the workpiece to the first position or the second position. The surface profile measuring device has a working area, and the first position is located on the working area. The surface profile measuring device is configured to measure the workpiece to obtain surface profile. The energy beam generator is configured to provide an energy beam to the workpiece for processing, and the second position is located on a transmission path of the energy beam. The computing device is connected to the surface profile measuring device and the energy beam generator. The computing device adjusts the energy beam generator according to the error profile.

Surface processing equipment and surface processing method

A nebulizer with orientation independent operation is provided. The nebulizer includes an outer tube, an inner tube provided in the outer tube, and a mesh structure disposed above an end of the outer tube. A first channel, a main channel, and a second channel are formed between the outer tube and the inner tube. When in use, capillary force is created in the main channel, such that a liquid contained in the inner tube can be transported sequentially through the second channel, the main channel, and the first channel to the mesh structure. The liquid is nebulized and dispersed into the air through vibrations of the mesh structure actuated by an annular vibration source.

Nebulizer

A polyphase power dispatching system and a polyphase power dispatching method are provided. The polyphase power dispatching system includes an electric meter, a single-phase electricity storage module, a switch and a control circuit. The electric meter can measure transmission statuses of power transmission lines of a polyphase power line group. The common terminal of the switch is connected to the single-phase electricity storage module. The selection terminals of the switch are connected to the power transmission lines in a one-to-one manner. The control circuit is connected to the electric meter and the switch. The control circuit can correspondingly control the switch based on the transmission status of each power transmission line, so that the switch selectively connects the single-phase electricity storage module to one of the power transmission lines.

Polyphase power dispatching system and method

A device for adjusting a temperature and a humidity using a wind power is provided. The device includes an inlet; an outlet connected to the inlet; a sprayer spraying a nebulized liquid into the device; and an airflow sensor electrically connected to the sprayer for activating the sprayer when an airflow passes through.

An aerosol size-selective impactor for reducing particle bounce includes a main structure, a buffering layer, and a dehydration preventing layer. This main structure with an inlet and an outlet has a central channel and a receiving cavity. There are many nozzles in the inlet. The buffering layer is filled in the receiving cavity. The dehydration preventing layer is coated on the buffering layer for reducing the dehydration of water contained in the buffering layer. So, this invention utilizes the design of the receiving cavity to receive both layers. Its accuracy is high. Its sampling time lasts longer. It can endure vibrations. This invention can yield the particle bounce effect with lower cost. And, its application scope is wide.

Aerosol size-selective impactor for reducing particle bounce

A virtual cyclone sampler of a hollow rectangular container is provided with an arcuate surface by chamfering an edge thereof. The virtual cyclone sampler is further provided with two guide slots which are located at junctions of the arcuate surface and two adjacent planes sharing the chamfered edge. The guide slots are intended to guide gas or airborne particles to flow into or out of the container. Two virtual cyclone samplers may be connected in symmetry to form a composite virtual cyclone sampler.

An aerosol size-selective sampling device is composed of pre-filter, a base housing, and a collector. The device is intended to take an aerosol sample from a given atmospheric air. The pre-filter is composed of two or more porous filtration materials arranged in one end of the base housing in a parallel manner for allowing the atmospheric air to pass therethrough in a parallel and diverting pattern before the atmospheric air is allowed to pass in a converging manner through the collector which is located in another end of the base housing. The pre-filter is able to attain a desired penetration rate profile as a function of an aerodynamic diameter of aerosol contained in the atmospheric air within a predetermined range of aerodynamic diameter.
