An electronic device includes a substrate, an electronic component, a first interposing layer and a second interposing layer. The substrate is non-planar and the substrate includes a first substrate pad and a second substrate pad. The electronic component includes a first component pad and a second component pad corresponding to the first substrate pad and the second substrate pad respectively. When the first component pad contacts the first substrate pad, a height difference exists between the second component pad and the second substrate pad. The first interposing layer connects between the first component pad and the first substrate pad. The second interposing layer connects between the second component pad and the second substrate pad. A thickness difference between the first interposing layer and the second interposing layer is 0.5 to 1 time the height difference.

Electronic device and method of manufacturing electronic device

A recognition system and an image augmentation and training method thereof are provided. The image augmentation and training method of a recognition system includes the following steps. A plurality of image frames are obtained, wherein each of the image frames includes an object pattern. A plurality of environmental patterns are obtained. The object pattern is separated from each of the image frames. A plurality of image parameters are set. The image frames, based on the object patterns and the environmental patterns, are augmented according to the image parameters to increase the number of the image frames. A recognition model is trained using the image frames.

Recognition system and image augmentation and training method thereof

An integrated system of a physical consumption environment and a network consumption environment and a control method thereof are provided. The control method of the integrated system of the physical consumption environment and the network consumption environment includes the following steps. A biological characteristic image of a consumer in the physical consumer environment is obtained. The biological characteristic image is identified to obtain an identity information from an identity database. An activity of the consumer in the physical consumption environment is detected. A product followed by the consumer and/or a physical behavior information are obtained according to the activity of the consumer in the physical consumption environment. A network behavior information of the consumer in the network consumer environment is obtained according to the identity information. A price of the product is dynamically adjusted according to the physical behavior information and the network behavior information.

Integrated system of physical consumption environment and network consumption environment and control method thereof

An information display method and an information display system are provided. The method is adapted to the information display system including a first image capturing device and a transparent display, and the method includes the following steps. A pattern image is obtained by shooting a pattern placed on a real object through the first image capturing device, wherein the real object is located on one side of the transparent display. Relative position information between the transparent display and the pattern is obtained according to the pattern image. Augmented image data is obtained according to the relative position information. The augmented image data is displayed through the transparent display, wherein the augmented image data include a virtual object augmented based on the real object.

Information display method and information display system

A fingerprint recognition method is provided. The method includes obtaining a plurality of fingerprint images by sensing a finger of a user, respectively calculating geometric center points corresponding to the fingerprint images, and calculating positions and offsets of the fingerprint images according to the geometric center points. The method also includes filling signals in the fingerprint images into a part of pixels in a pixel array according to the positions and the offsets of the fingerprint images, and obtaining signals of other pixels in the pixel array by inputting the signals filled in the part of pixels in the pixel array into an artificial intelligence engine. The method further includes generating a candidate fingerprint image and recognizing a user based on the candidate fingerprint image.

Fingerprint recognition method and electronic interactive apparatus thereof

An interaction display method and an interaction display system are provided. The interaction display system includes a transparent display and at least one image sensing device. Image data of a plurality of operators is captured by the image sensing device. At least one local feature and at least one global feature of the operators are extracted from the image data, and at least one projection point on a display plane of the transparent display is detected. Each local feature and each global feature are paired. Each projection point and each global feature are paired. According to a pairing result between each local feature and each global feature and a pairing result between each projection point and each global feature, a pointing direction of one of the operators is determined, an interaction continuation operation is performed, and/or notification information is provided.

An impact resistant structure adapted to an electronic component. The impact resistant structure includes a resistance stack layer and a damping laminate. The resistance stack layer is disposed on a first surface of the electronic component, and the damping laminate is disposed on a second surface of the electronic component. An impact resistant structure for an electronic component. The impact resistant structure includes a resistance stack layer and a damping laminate. The resistance stack layer is disposed on a first surface of the electronic component, a thickness of the resistance stack layer is less than 10 &#x3bc;m, and a Young's modulus of the resistance stack layer is between 40 GPa and 150 GPa. The damping laminate is disposed on a second surface of the electronic component. The second surface of the electronic component is opposite to the first surface. The damping laminate includes a soft film and a support film, where the support film is disposed between the soft film and the electronic component.

An information display system and an information display method are provided. The information display system includes a display screen, an image-capture device, and a processing device. The image-capture device captures a picture sequence. The processing device is coupled to the display screen and the image-capture device. The processing device recognizes at least one dynamic object in the picture sequence and generates a recognition frame and a recognition information corresponding to the dynamic object. The processing device tracks a recognition frame of a plurality of first pictures in the picture sequence to obtain a tracking result. The processing device compensates a display coordinate of a recognition information of a second picture in the picture sequence according to the tracking result to obtain a compensated coordinate, and displays the recognition information on the display screen according to the compensated coordinate to reduce a jitter of the recognition information displayed on the display screen. The first pictures are prior to the second picture in terms of time sequence.

A method and an apparatus for preload display of object information are provided. The method includes following steps: capturing an external object information on a side of the transparent display opposite to a user by using the first information capturing device; pre-identifying at least one object in the external object information and tracing the at least one object according to an identification result; capturing information of the user by using the second information capturing device for pre-identifying and tracing a pointing range of the user, and determining whether the traced objects appear within the pointing range; and preload displaying object information of the objects appearing within the pointing range on the transparent display.

Method and apparatus for preload display of object information

A method and an apparatus for interaction with virtual and real images are provided. The method includes following steps: detecting a pointing operation of a user for the transparent display and determining whether the pointing operation triggers the transparent display by a processor; if the pointing operation triggers the transparent display, determining whether prompt information is presented at a trigger location of the pointing operation on the transparent display; if the prompt information is presented, interacting with the prompt information; and if the prompt information is not presented, interacting with an object on a side of the transparent display opposite to a user pointed by the pointing operation.

Method and apparatus for interaction with virtual and real images

A transparent display device having an optical transmissive region and a circuit layout region is provided. A light transmittance of the optical transmissive region is greater than that of the circuit layout region. The transparent display device includes a plurality of display elements and a driving circuit. The display elements are disposed in the optical transmissive region or the circuit layout region. The driving circuit is disposed in the circuit layout region and is electrically connected with the display elements. The transparent display device satisfies: 0.1&#x3c;light spot spreading degree &#x3c;1.1+0.78&#xd7;exp (0.0072&#xd7;resolution), and 10%&#x3c;aperture ratio &#x3c;90%.

Transparent display device

A transparent display device and a control method using the same are provided. The transparent display device includes a transparent display, a plurality of identification sensors, a scene sensor, and a controller. The identification sensors are configured to sense a user located at a first side of the transparent display to generate a plurality of identification data. The scene sensor is configured to sense scene information located at a second side. The controller obtains a user distance between the user and the transparent display, selects corresponding identification data generated by at least one of or multiple of the identification sensors according to the user distance, determines a location and a gaze direction of the user and a target object in the scene information according to the selected corresponding identification data, and presents target object information corresponding to the target object in the transparent display.

Transparent display device and control method using the same

A method and an apparatus for displaying information of multiple objects are provided. The method includes following steps: capturing an image within a sight of a user viewing a transparent display; identifying multiple objects in the image to generate multiple identification frames capable of covering the objects, respectively; generating an auxiliary bonding box capable of covering the identification frames; defining an information display area according to non-overlapping areas of the auxiliary bonding box and the identification frames; and group displaying object information of the objects in the information display area on the transparent display.

Method and apparatus for displaying information of multiple objects

A display panel including a substrate, a display device, a dielectric layer, and an optical resonance structure is provided. The substrate has a layout area and a light transmitting area located outside the layout area. The display device is disposed on the layout area of the substrate. The display device includes a first display electrode, a second display electrode, and a display media layer deposited between the first display electrode and the second display electrode. The dielectric layer is disposed on the substrate and covers the display device. The optical resonance structure is disposed on the dielectric layer and distributed correspondingly to the display device. The optical resonance structure includes a first transflective layer and a second transflective layer stacked on the display device and separated from each other.
