A transparent display includes a first transparent substrate, pixel structures, first electrodes, and second electrodes. The pixel structures are located on the first transparent substrate. Each pixel structure includes light-emitting elements. A pitch of adjacent light emitting elements in each pixel structure is 0.17 mm to 0.34 mm. A pitch of adjacent pixel structures is 3.4 mm to 15.4 mm. The first electrodes and the second electrodes are electrically connected to the pixel structures.

Transparent display

A magnetochromatic display including a first substrate, first magnetic field modulating devices, a second substrate, and a magnetochromatic layer is provided. The first substrate has first pixel regions. The first magnetic field modulating devices are respectively disposed on the first pixel regions. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The magnetochromatic layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate.

Magnetochromatic display

A display panel includes waveguides, wires and a pixel array. The pixel array includes a plurality of pixel units. The pixel units are arranged in a plurality of columns and a plurality of rows. Each pixel unit includes a pixel electrode, a light filtering unit, and a photo transistor. The light filtering unit is coupled to one of the waveguides. The photo transistor is electrically connected to the pixel electrode and one of the wires, and is coupled to the light filtering unit. The waveguide transmits a light control signal. Each wire transmits an electric control signal. The light filtering unit is configured to receive a sub control signal from the waveguides to which the light filtering unit is coupled and filter out a specific optical signal according to the received sub control signal as an input signal of the photo transistor.

Display panel

A method of transferring micro-devices is provided. A carrying unit including a carrying substrate, a plurality of electrodes, a dielectric layer covering the electrodes, and a plurality of micro-devices disposed on the electrodes, including a first micro-device and a second micro-device, are also provided. A voltage is applied to an electrode corresponding to the first micro-device, so that an electrostatic force generated on the first micro-device by the carrying unit is larger than a force generated on the second micro-device by the carrying unit. A transfer stamp contacts the first micro-device and the second micro-device, and moves when the transfer stamp contacts the first micro-device and the second micro-device and the electrostatic force is greater than the force generated by the carrying unit, so that the second micro-device is picked up by the transfer stamp and transferred to a receiving unit, and the first micro-device remains on the carrying unit.

Method of transferring micro-device

A sensing device is provided. The sensing device includes a semiconductor layer, a first electrode and a second electrode, a first detection electrode and a second detection electrode, and at least one conductive pattern. The first electrode and the second electrode are disposed at opposite ends of the semiconductor layer. The first detection electrode and the second detection electrode are disposed at the other opposite ends of the semiconductor layer, wherein a virtual connection line is provided through the first detection electrode and the second detection electrode. The at least one conductive pattern is disposed on the semiconductor layer, wherein the conductive pattern does not overlap with the virtual connection line.

Sensing device

A touch-screen system including a stylus, a display panel and a touch module is disclosed herein. The stylus includes a magnetic component. The touch-sensing module is disposed within the display panel. The touch-sensing module includes a plurality of sensing units distributed at different locations as an array over the display panel. Each of the sensing units includes a Hall induction plate for sensing a magnetic field established by the magnetic component and forming an induction output voltage. The touch module detects a touch position of the stylus according to the induction output voltages from the sensing units.

Touch-screen system and display panel with touch-sensing function

In a plane emissive cathode structure of a field emission display having a common plane structure, a cathode plate includes a cathode substrate, and a plurality of cathode units on the cathode substrate, and the cathode unit includes an emitter layer, a gate electrode layer and a dielectric layer. The emitter layer and the gate electrode layer are disposed on a common plane of the cathode substrate and separated with each other to form an interval. The dielectric layer is formed in the interval between the emitter layer and the gate electrode layer, but not connected to the interval between the emitter layer and the gate electrode layer, so as to change the electric field distribution of the emitter layer and the gate electrode layer.
