A temperature detecting method is disclosed. The temperature detecting method is adapted to a touch display panel and includes the following steps. The touch display panel includes a controller and multiple touch sensors. The controller obtains raw data according to touch sensing signals output from the touch sensors during a temperature sensing period. The controller calculates multiple temperature values at multiple regions of the touch display panel, according to the raw data and lookup information. The controller outputs a temperature detecting result including the temperature values.

The touch panel includes a plurality of first electrodes, a plurality of second electrodes, and a plurality of bridge structures. Each of the first electrodes includes a first branch, a second branch, a third branch and a fourth branch. The first and second branches are opposite to each other, and the third and fourth branches are opposite to each other. Each of the second electrodes includes a fifth branch, a sixth branch, a seventh branch and an eighth branch. The fifth and sixth branches are adjacently connected to each other, and the seventh and eighth branches are adjacently connected to each other. Each of the bridge structures connects the first and second branches of the first electrode. The third branch, the seventh branch, the first branch and the fifth branch are alternately arranged, and the fourth branch, the eighth branch, the second branch and the sixth branch are alternately arranged.

The disclosure provides a display device and an operation method thereof. The display device includes a display panel and a driving circuit. The display panel has at least one native conductive line for a display driving operation. The driving circuit is coupled to the at least one native conductive line. During a display driving period, the driving circuit performs the display driving operation on the display panel through the at least one native conductive line. During a heating period, the driving circuit performs a heating operation on the display panel through the at least one native conductive line.

Each of the plurality of connectors is coupled between the rotary wheel and one pad among the at least one sensing pad and the common pad, to control each of the at least one sensing pad to be coupled to the common pad or not through the rotary wheel according to an operation of the knob. An electronic device including a foldable touch display panel and a driver circuit is provided. The foldable touch display panel includes a foldable substrate and a plurality of touch sensors. The foldable substrate includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion and the second portion face each other in a folded state. The driver circuit is coupled to the foldable touch display panel. The driver circuit is configured to drive the foldable touch display panel to perform a touch sensing operation in a touch sensing state. The driver circuit is configured to determine a folding angle between the first portion and the second portion according to a capacitance variation of the touch sensors in the folded state.

An in-cell optical sensing display panel includes a pixel array, a plurality of first optical sensors and a plurality of second optical sensors. The pixel array is disposed in an active area of the in-cell optical sensing display panel, and the active area includes a first region and a second region which surrounds the first region. The sensor array is disposed in the first region of the active area and is configured to sense a fingerprint of a finger touching a surface of the in-cell optical sensing display panel. The second optical sensors are disposed in the second region of the active area and are configured to sense ambient light, and the second optical sensors are not to be used for fingerprint sensing.

The disclosure provides a method of driving a touch panel. The touch panel includes a plurality of touch sensing electrodes and a plurality of display pixels. Each of the plurality of display pixels includes a light emission element and a driving transistor. Each of the touch sensing electrodes is coupled to the light emission element of at least one of the plurality of display pixels. The method includes transmitting a first driving signal to at least one of the touch sensing electrodes served as an electrode of the corresponding light emission element during a touch sensing period, wherein the touch sensing electrode is coupled to a first power receiving terminal of the corresponding display pixel; and transmitting a first power supply voltage to the first power receiving terminal during a display period.

The present invention provides a method of controlling a display panel having a sensing area and a non-sensing area. The sensing area includes a plurality of fingerprint sensing pixels, each of which is coupled to at least one control line. The non-sensing area includes a plurality of dummy pixels, each of which is coupled to at least one dummy line. The method includes steps of: applying a control signal on a first control line among the at least one control line or configuring the first control line to be floating, and applying a first anti-loading driving (ALD) signal corresponding to the control signal on a first dummy line among the at least one dummy line or configuring the first dummy line to be floating.
