An electrical connector has a test terminal, a positive terminal, and a negative terminal coaxially mounted in a connector base. The negative terminal surrounds the positive terminal. An insulating cap is mounted between the positive terminal and the negative terminal. A pair of turning engaging parts is formed between the ring body of the insulating cap and the internal surface of the negative terminal and the turning engaging parts are engaged with each other to assemble the insulating cap with the negative terminal by turning the insulating cap. An annular groove is formed in a top of the insulating cap to increase a creepage distance between the negative terminal and the positive terminal to meet requirement of safety specifications.

Electrical connector

A fixing connector with a charging module which is an assembling structure of a fixing seat and a fixing stand, wherein the fixing seat comprises a seat and a charging module; the seat has a concave portion, the charging module is arranged in the concave portion and comprises a body, a plurality of first conductive terminals and at least an elastic piece; the body has a plane and at least an anti-misinsertion key arranged on the plane, the first conductive terminals are arranged on the body and may be protruded out from the plane, the elastic piece is arranged between the body and the seat; the fixing connector with the fixing seat and the fixing stand includes the said fixing seat and a fixing stand comprising a convex portion to assemble the fixing stand onto the fixing seat by inserting the convex portion in the concave portion. Thereby, the charging module may perform charging when the fixing stand is assembled onto the fixing seat.

Fixing connector with charging module

A circular rapid-joint connector, which includes a sliding bush with multiple extension sections and recession areas provided on an end thereof; an elastic element provided on the inner edge of the sliding bush; a holding unit joined with the sliding bush movably, the outer edge thereof having a limiting unit capable of limiting each of the extension sections; and a connector plug penetrating into the sliding bush and joined with the holding unit. In assembling, direct docking with a connection socket by the connector plug is available for the connection socket to push away the sliding bush. After the connection socket and the connector plug are snap-fitting, the sliding bush is pushed back by the elastic element automatically, such that the sliding bush is locked in the outer edge of the connection socket to complete the operation of assemblage.

Circular rapid joint connector

A card edge connector can allow an insertion card with a locating groove on one side to be inserted thereto, the card edge connector including: a base housing, and an elastic clamping part. Two ends of the base body have two clamping portions, one sides thereof which are opposite are concaved to form a limiting slot, respectively; the elastic clamping part is fastened within one of the clamping portions, the elastic clamping part comprising a fastening base, an elastic arm, an elastic resisting portion and a limiting portion, one end of the fastening base can be retained in the clamping portion, another end thereof being connected with the elastic arm, a partial section of the elastic arm away from the fastening base being bent to form the elastic resisting portion, which can be exposed correspondingly to the limiting slot of the clamping portion retained by the elastic clamping part, one end of the elastic arm away from the fastening base having the limiting portion, so that it can be retained in the clamping portion; thereby, the insertion card may be prevented from vibration or shaking after insertion.

Card edge connector

The invention is a circular rapid-joint connector comprising a sliding bush; an elastic element provided on the inner edge of the sliding bush; a holding unit joined with the sliding bush movably; and a connector plug penetrating into the sliding bush and joined with the holding unit. Thereby, in assembling, direct docking with a connection socket by the connector plug is available for the connection socket to push away the sliding bush. After the connection socket and the connector plug are snap-fitting, the sliding bush is pushed back by the elastic element automatically, such that the sliding bush is locked to the outer edge of the connection socket to complete the operation of assemblage. In disassembling, the sliding bush is pulled backwards such that the sliding bush is not limited to the outer edge of the connection socket any more. After that, a force may be applied to remove the connector plug from the connection socket directly, so that the effects of rapid assembling, solid joining, rapid disassembling, simple structure and facile of use are accomplished.

Circular rapid-joint connector

The present invention is a switch assembly of cable connector, which comprises a plug having a plug rubber core, a housing, a plurality of pin terminals, a protruding rib and a wire; a plug holder harnessed on the outer edge of the plug rubber core movably; a switching unit joining with the plug holder movably, which is harnessed on the outer edge of the plug rubber core movably, and provided between the housing and the plug holder; and an elastic element harnessed on two ends of the plug rubber core and caught at the housing and the switching unit. Thereby, rotational switching is possible by using the switching unit in conjunction with the elastic element, such that the plug holder may be bonded to different types of sockets, in order to achieve the effects of close locking, detachment prevention, easy assembly, ease to retreat, convenient replacement and maintenance, facile to operate and applicability to at least two different kinds of sockets as the cable connector and a socket are bonded.

Switch assembly of cable connector

The invention is a cable connector with a switchover structure, comprising a plug connector having a plug rubber core, a housing, a pin terminal, a protruding rib and a wire; a plug holder harnessed on an outer edge of the plug rubber core movably; and a switching unit combined with the plug holder movably, furthermore, the said switching unit mentioned above is harnessed on the outer edge of the plug rubber core and is positioned between the housing and the plug holder. Therefore, by rotational switching of the switching unit may be utilized for the plug holder to be joined to different kinds of socket connectors, such that the effects and advantages of tight locking, detachment prevention, easy of assembly, easy of retreating, convenient replacement and maintenance, ease of operation and applicability to at least two different kinds of socket connectors are achieved as the cable connector and a socket connector are butted together.

Cable connector with switch structure

Provided is a cable connector with a switching structure, including: a plug with a plug rubber core having a plurality of pin terminals and a rib; and a plug holder having a grip portion with ridges, a switch ring disposed around the grip portion, and a fastening nut abutting against the switch ring, wherein the plug holder is disposed around the plug, and the plug holder is coupled to sockets of different types by means of the switch ring. Therefore, the cable connector is hermetically sealed, fixed in place, prevented from loosening, easy to connect and assemble, convenient to change, repair, and disassemble, easy to operate, and for use in engaging with two different types of cable sockets.

Cable connector with switching structure

The present invention is an improved structure of plug, socket connector and the combination thereof. The plug and socket connectors may butt mutually, and both comprise a insulating frame provided with multiple hook buckles and heat dissipation holes; multiple power terminals provided in the insulating frame in an one to one correspondence match, each of the power terminals being joined with hook hole and hook buckle; and multiple signal terminals joining with the insulating frame; wherein one end of each of the power terminals of the plug connector is provided with multiple elastic clips, and the other end thereof and one side of each of the elastic clips are provided with two heat sinkers, respectively, while each of the power terminals of the socket connector is provided with a heat sinker on the rear end thereof, respectively. Thereby, each of the power terminals is allowed to join with the hook buckle of the insulating frame with the hook hole in order to prevent from looseness, and the elastic clips of each of the power terminals provided by the plug connector after the plug and the socket connector butt together may be used to increase solid contact points and area in order to reduce resistance of the contact points, and the heat dissipation capability during operation is enhanced with the heat sinkers of each of the power terminals. In addition, the convection is improved by the heat dissipation holes and the heat dissipation channel opened by each insulating frame.
