Provided is a lentivirus packaging system, which comprises: a transfer plasmid comprising a nucleotide sequence of TAR-reserved-chimeric 5' long terminal repeat (LTR); at least one packaging plasmid comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding TAR RNA binding protein, a nucleotide sequence of rev gene, a nucleotide sequence of gag gene, and a nucleotide sequence of pol gene; and an envelope plasmid. Due to the expression of gene of TAR RNA binding protein by the packaging plasmids, the produced lentivirus has higher virus titer and can improve the transduction rate and the gene delivery efficiency during cell transduction. The present invention further provides a method of improving lentivirus production in a host cell, which comprises using the lentivirus packaging system to transfect the host cell. The present invention further provides a cell transduced by the lentivirus and a method of using the cell for treating cancer.

A method for in vitro activation and/or expansion of immune cells is provided, including the steps of: a) providing magnetic particles having multi-protrusive surface modified with at least one type of immuno-inducing substance, in which each magnetic particle includes a copolymer core, a polymer layer, a magnetic substance layer, and a silicon-based layer from the inside to the outside; b) providing a cell solution including at least one type of immune cell in the cell solution; and c) bringing the magnetic particles in contact with the cell solution, in which the at least one type of immuno-inducing substance on the surface of the magnetic particle activates and/or expands the at least one type of immune cell in the cell solution.

One example provides a method of manufacturing. In a particular embodiment, a system to dissipate heat in an information handling system includes a first heat-generating component adapted to process first data and a second heat-generating component adapted to process second data. The system also includes a cooling fluid guide including an electroactive material. The cooling fluid guide is adapted to change from a first shape to a second shape, in response to receiving a trigger voltage or in response to no longer receiving the trigger voltage. The system also includes a controller adapted to detect a data load processed at the second heat-generating component and, in response to detecting the data load, to cause the trigger voltage to be received at, or no longer received at, the cooling fluid guide. The cooling fluid guide is adapted to direct an increased portion of cooling fluid toward the first heat-generating component when the cooling fluid guide is in a form of the second shape, as compared to the first shape.

A method and apparatus includes supplying fresh water and generating electricity from collected rainwater. The method includes providing hollow buoyant members under the reservoir as support. The method also includes providing steel ropes, driving piles into the ground and securing the piles to the steel ropes. The method also includes forming gates, building hydroelectric generators, building a waterworks, and providing tubes connected from the gates to the waterworks through the hydroelectric generators. Rainwater collected and stored in the reservoir is transferred to the hydroelectric generators. Further, the waterworks is adapted to receive water from the hydroelectric generators. Moreover, sprinklers, drive devices, and oblique plates for directing rainwater and decreasing evaporation may be provided.
