A back plate unit includes a back plate having opposite first and second sides, an optical member mounted to the back plate, and a buffer assembly disposed between the optical member and the back plate and including at least one first buffer member disposed on the first side and made of a thermoplastic material, and at least one second buffer member disposed on the second side and made of a thermoset material. The at least one first buffer member and the optical member are deformed when heated, and the at least one first buffer member is squeezed and compressed by expansion of the optical member. A backlight module of a display device is also disclosed.

A safety design method for an electromagnetic flowmeter is provided. The method includes following steps: providing an electromagnetic flowmeter including a measuring pipeline allowing a working fluid to flow through therein and a power supply module; defining a first explosion-proof hazardous area for containing the power supply module in the electromagnetic flowmeter; defining a second explosion-proof hazardous area for containing the measuring pipeline in the electromagnetic flowmeter; and separating the first explosion-proof hazardous area from the second explosion-proof hazardous area.

Safety design method of electromagnetic flowmeter

An electromagnetic flowmeter includes a measurement tube having a mounting tube liner and a control module installed in an outer side of the measurement tube. A magnetic field module is installed in an outer side being orthogonal to a shaft of the measurement tube without contacting the working fluid. An electrode structure is disposed on an outer surface of the measurement tube and partially extended in the mounting tube liner to contact the working fluid. The actuator element is electrically connected with the control module and connected with the electrode structure. The actuator element is driven by an external force to drive the electrode structure toward the mounting tube liner inside and being orthogonal to the mounting tube liner for compensating the wear of the electrode structure so as to obtain a correct measurement result and increase the service life.

A warning device () of abnormal operation of belt conveyor () has a pair of rotating mechanisms () disposed oppositely at two sides of a conveyor belt (). The rotating mechanism () includes a rotating component () and a rotating body. The rotating bodyhas a fixed end () and a movable end (). A pair of first sensor switches () is disposed on the rotating bodies (). The first sensor switch () emits a first signal when activated and emits a second signal when being triggered. The rotating body () triggers the first sensor switch () when the conveyor belt () is abnormal. The first sensor switch () is triggered and emits the second signal for warning.

Warning device of abnormal operation of belt conveyor

A cable-base sensor can detect a material level and temperatures of a material stored in a silo. The cable-base sensor comprises an electronic box, a cable, a stopper, and a signal processing module. The electronic box comprises a base and a space for containing the signal processing module, and a hole is formed through a bottom of the electronic box. The base is mounted in the bottom, and a tapered hole is formed through the base. A first end of the cable extents into the tapered hole and the hole, and spreads to form a cable bud. The stopper is a tapered block and pressed into the tapered hole for enforcing the cable bud to be sandwiched between the stopper and the base. The cable bud strengthens a connection between the electronic box and the cable for preventing damages from solid materials.

Cable-based sensor for detecting material level and temperature

A level measuring device with an integratable lens has a radar level meter and an angle adjusting assembly. The radar level meter has a horn antenna and a lens antenna assembly mounted on a signal transceiving end of the radar level meter. The lens antenna assembly has a housing and a lens antenna. The housing is hollow and receives the horn antenna therein. One end of the housing is connected to the lens antenna, and the other end of the housing is connected to the signal transceiving end of the radar level meter. The angle adjustment assembly is mounted around the housing. As the lens antenna assembly covers the horn antenna, the horn antenna is less likely to be damaged. Additionally, the housing of the lens antenna assembly is connected with the angle adjusting assembly for angle adjustment of the combined horn antenna and lens antenna assembly.
