A motor controller comprises a switch circuit, a control unit, and a pulse width modulation signal, where the pulse width modulation signal has a duty cycle. The motor controller is used for driving a motor, where the motor has a coil. The switch circuit is configured to supply a coil current to the coil. The control unit is configured to generate a plurality of control signals to control the switch circuit. When the motor controller enters an early alignment state, the motor controller enables the coil current to achieve a predetermined value within one electric period. When the coil current achieves the predetermined value, the control unit records the duty cycle. The motor controller is configured to increase a success rate of starting the motor.

Motor controller

A motor unit comprises a driving circuit, a control unit, an analog-to-digital converter, a voltage divider, and a voltage converter. The driving circuit is coupled to a motor for driving the motor. The control unit is configured to generate a plurality of control signals to control the driving circuit. The analog-to-digital converter receives an output voltage for generating a digital signal to the control unit. The voltage divider receives an input voltage for generating a first voltage. The voltage converter converts a power supply voltage into the input voltage. The motor unit may execute a prevention mechanism to avoid misjudging the digital signal. The motor unit may be applied to a high-voltage configuration.

Motor unit

A motor controller comprises a switch circuit, a driving circuit, and a pulse width modulation circuit. The switch circuit is coupled to a three-phase motor for driving the three-phase motor. The driving circuit generates a plurality of control signals to control the switch circuit. When the motor controller starts a floating phase for detecting a phase switching time point, the motor controller enables that at least one transistor within the switch circuit is operated in a linear region. The motor controller is configured to reduce switching noise of the three-phase motor and increase a success rate of phase switching.

A motor controller comprises a switch circuit and a control unit. The motor controller is used for driving a motor, where the motor has a coil. The switch circuit is configured to supply a coil current to the coil. The control unit is configured to generate a plurality of control signals to control the switch circuit. The motor controller enables a floating phase time to be a variable value, where the floating phase time has a stable interval and a detecting interval. The motor controller enables a zero point of the coil current to appear in the stable interval, so as to detect a phase switching time point in a stable way and avoid a noise problem. The motor controller detects a zero crossing point of a back electromotive force in the detecting interval.

A motor controller comprises a switch circuit, a pre-driver, a duty cycle control circuit, a current limit circuit, a pulse width modulation control unit, and a resistor. The motor controller is configured to drive a motor, where the motor has a motor coil and a maximum rated current. The switch circuit is configured to supply a motor current to the motor coil. The pre-driver generates a plurality of driving signals to control the switch circuit. The current limit circuit may store a current limit graph. The motor controller attains a function of maintaining a fixed output power by a plurality of current limit values, where each of the current limit values is less than or equal to the maximum rated current.

A motor controller is configured to stabilize the motor current. The motor controller is used for driving a motor. The motor controller comprises a switch circuit, a control unit, and a phase detecting unit. The phase detecting unit generates a phase signal to the control unit for switching phases. The phase signal sequentially generates a first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth time interval. The first to sixth time intervals correspond to first to sixth phases, respectively. The motor controller further comprises a first driving time for driving the motor in the fifth phase, where the first driving time is related to the first time interval. The motor controller further comprises a second driving time for driving the motor in the sixth phase, where the second driving time is related to the second time interval.

A soft-start circuit which can be applied to a motor controller is provided. The soft-start circuit comprises a controller, a counting unit, a digital-to-analog converter, a current detecting unit, and a comparator. The soft-start circuit uses a plurality of current limit values so as to achieve a maximum output power and prevent damage to a motor coil.

Soft-start circuit

A motor controller is configured to reduce the motor noise. The motor controller is used for driving a motor, where the motor has a motor coil and a rotor. The rotor is divided into four pole regions N, S, N, and Sto switch phases. The four pole regions have a manufacturing tolerance and the pole region Nhas a time interval T. The motor controller comprises a switch circuit, a control unit, a phase detecting unit, and a current detecting unit. The switch circuit is configured to supply a driving current to the motor coil. Based on the manufacturing tolerance and the time interval T, the time point to detect the driving current is set to be a proportional time PT before the phase switching, where PT/Tis greater than the manufacturing tolerance.
