An electronic device includes a casing, a centrifugal blower and sidewall received in the casing. The casing is adapted for accommodating electronic components therein, and includes a bottom cover and an opposite top cover. The centrifugal blower is surrounded by the sidewall and includes a sleeve directly mounted to the bottom cover, a bearing member mounted in the sleeve, a stator mounted to the sleeve and an impeller rotatably supported by the bearing member. The bottom cover of the electronic device functions as a bottom plate of the centrifugal blower.

Electronic device incorporating centrifugal blower

A motor stator includes a claw-pole assembly (), a fixing structure () and a sleeve bearing (). The claw-pole assembly includes a pair of yokes () each having a plurality of pole teeth () intermeshed with those of the other yoke. A gap () is defined between two neighboring teeth. The fixing structure is made of plastic material integral with the yokes by insert molding, including a connecting portion () contained in the gaps, a base () formed at an end of the claw-pole assembly, and a tube () extending from the base into the claw-pole assembly. The sleeve bearing is fixedly embedded in the tube during the process of insert molding the fixing structure to the yokes.

Motor stator

An auto focusing camera includes a lens unit () including a barrel () and a lens () received in the barrel, a permanent magnet () being fixedly mounted around the barrel of the lens unit and moving with the lens unit when the lens unit undergoes telescopic movement during operation, and a coil seat () with a coil () wound thereon arranged at a side of the permanent magnet. An interlocking device () is formed on the barrel and the coil seat for guiding the telescopic movement of the lens unit.

Auto-focusing camera

An auto-focusing lens of a camera includes a lens unit (), a permanent magnet () being fixedly mounted around the lens unit to move with the lens unit, a first coil seat () arranged on a first side of the magnet with a first winding () wound thereon, and a second coil seat () arranged on a second side opposite to the first side of the magnet with a second winding () wound thereon. The first and second windings and the first and second coil seats are provided for establishing magnetic fields when electric currents are applied to the first and second windings. The magnetic fields interact with the magnetic field of the permanent magnet to drive the lens unit into movement between its front focus point (A) and its rear focus point (B).

Two-step focus lens of auto-focusing camera

A two-step auto-focusing camera includes a lens unit (); a permanent magnet () being fixedly mounted around the lens unit to move with the lens unit; first and second coil seats () with first and second coils () wound thereon being mounted around the lens unit at two opposite sides of the magnet. When electric currents are supplied to the first and second coils, one of the coil seats generates an attraction force to the lens unit, and the other coil seat generates a repulsion force to the lens unit. A flange () extends outwardly from an outer periphery of each coil seat at an end near the magnet to limit the magnet to move between the flanges of the first and second coil seats during movement of the lens unit.

Two-step auto-focusing camera

A motor structure with a built-in lens includes a lens mount (), a motor () received in the lens mount, and a lens unit () received in the lens mount and driven by the motor to telescopically move along an axial thereof. The motor includes a stator () and a rotor () being rotatably received in the stator. A narrow gap is defined between an inner surface of the stator and an outer surface of the rotor. A bearing layer () is filled in the gap of the motor to avoid swing of the rotor during rotation thereof. The lens unit threadedly engages with the rotor, whereby when the rotor rotates, the lens unit has a linearly telescopic movement relative to the lens mount.

Motor structure with built-in lens

An auto-focusing camera includes a lens mount (), a lens unit () received in the lens mount, and a motor for driving the lens unit. The lens mount has a pair of connecting pins () extending therethrough for electrically connecting to a printed circuit board arranged under the lens mount. The motor includes at least one coil seat () with coil () wound thereon, and a permanent magnet () being fixedly mounted around the lens unit to move with the lens unit. The at least one coil seat includes a pair of mounting pins () for guiding two ends of the coils to be connected to the two connecting pins of the lens mount.

An auto focusing camera includes a square-shaped circuit board (), a motor () arranged on the circuit board, and a lens unit () received in the motor. The circuit board forms contacts () on corners thereof. The motor includes a cuboid-shaped housing (), a stator () mounted in the housing, and a rotor () being rotatably disposed in the stator. The stator includes a square-shaped base () forming connecting pins () in corners thereof, and a stator core () with coils () wound thereon. The coils have ends being electrically connected with the connecting pins of the base. The connecting pins are electrically connected with the contacts in the housing to electrically connect the ends of the coils to the circuit board.

A cooling fan includes a fan housing () having a central tube () extending upwardly thereof, a bearing () received in the central tube, a stator () mounted around the central tube, a rotor () including a hub () having a shaft () extending from the hub into the bearing, and a oil retaining ring () mounted around the shaft. A slot () is defined in a top end () of the shaft of the rotor near the hub to prevent the escaping oil from continuously creeping out along the shaft. The slot is located between the retaining ring and the bearing. The bearing has a plurality of channels () defined in an outer surface thereof, for guiding the escaping oil to return to an oil reservoir defined in a bottom of the central tube.

Cooling fan

An auto focusing camera includes a stator () and a rotor () rotatably disposed in the stator. The stator includes a stator core () and at least a coil () wound around the stator core. The rotor has an inner thread (). A lens unit () is linearly movably received in the rotor, comprising a lens barrel () and a lens () mounted in the lens barrel. The lens barrel has an outer thread () threadedly engaging with the inner thread of the rotor, and an internal thread () formed on an inner surface thereof. The lens has an external thread () threadedly engaging with the internal thread of the barrel. When the rotor rotates, the lens unit has a telescopic movement relative to the rotor. By rotating the lens, a relative position between the lens and the lens barrel is adjustable.

A motor structure with built-in lens includes a lens mount () defining an inner space therein, a hollow stator () fixedly received in the inner space, a rotor () rotatably received in the stator with an internal thread () defined in an inner surface thereof, and a lens unit () received in the rotor. The lens unit defines an external thread () on an outer surface thereof threadedly engaging with the internal thread of the rotor. A protrusion () is formed on an inner surface of the stator for supporting an outer surface of the rotor thus obtaining stable rotation of the rotor.

A hydrodynamic bearing assembly () includes a bearing sleeve () defining a receiving chamber () therein, a bearing () received in the receiving chamber of the bearing sleeve, a sealing cover () mounted to an open end () of the bearing sleeve and including an enlarged section () adjacent to the bearing, a shaft () extending through the sealing cover and rotatably disposed in the bearing, on which a plurality lubricant pressure generating grooves are defined, and a lubricant retaining space () defined by the enlarged section of the sealing cover, an end of the bearing and the shaft for receiving lubricant therein. One of the sealing cover and the shaft defines a groove () therein, while the other one of the sealing cover and the shaft extends a flange () into the groove.

Hydrodynamic bearing assembly

A liquid pump () includes a top cover (), a back plate (), and a spacing member (). The spacing member is sandwiched between the top cover and the back plate, thereby dividing an interior of the liquid pump into a fluid chamber () and a receiving cavity () isolated and hermetical from the fluid chamber. The fluid chamber is disposed between the top cover and the spacing member for receiving therein a fluid dynamic bearing () and a rotor () which drives working fluid to enter and leave the liquid pump. The receiving cavity is disposed between the spacing member and the back plate for receiving therein a stator () which drives the rotor to rotate in respective to the bearing.

Liquid pump

A motor structure with a built-in lens includes a lens mount (), a motor () received in the lens mount, and a lens unit () received in the lens mount. The lens unit is drove by the motor to telescopically move along an axial thereof when a rotor () of the motor is rotated. A guiding member () arranged on an end of the motor for preventing an axial movement of the motor. The guiding member includes at least a leg () extending along an axial direction therefrom for guiding the axial movement of the lens unit.

A motor includes a support member () having a bearing housing () defining a bearing hole () therein, a stator assembly () mounted to an outer periphery of the support member, and a rotor assembly () having a rotary shaft () extending into the bearing hole and a permanent magnet () confronting the stator assembly. A bearing pattern () is formed on either of the bearing housing and the rotary shaft. The bearing pattern includes a number of first and second grooves () arranged circumferentially in an alternate fashion. Each of the first grooves is in communication with one adjacent second groove at an edge of the bearing pattern. Lubricating oil filled in the bearing pattern to establish dynamic pressure to separate the shaft and the bearing sleeve in radial direction when the shaft rotates.
