The present application discloses a light-emitting device comprises a semiconductor light-emitting element, a transparent element covering the semiconductor light-emitting element, an insulating layer which connects to the transparent element, an intermediate layer which connects to the insulating layer; and a conductive adhesive material connecting to the intermediate layer.

Light-emitting device and the method of manufacturing the same

This disclosure discloses a light-emitting device. The light-emitting device includes a light-emitting stack with a first (top) surface, a bottom surface and at least one side surface connected to the first surface and the bottom surface, a light-reflective enclosure with a second (top) surface, a contact electrode formed on the bottom surface of the light-emitting layer, and a wavelength converting layer. Moreover, the light-reflective enclosure surrounds the side surface of the light-emitting stack and exposes to the first surface. The wavelength converting layer covers the first surface and the second surface. In addition, the second surface has a plurality of fine concave structures distributed on the second surface.

A light-emitting device, having an overall color temperature when emitting light, includes a carrier, a first LED unit, and a second LED unit. The carrier has a circuit. The first LED unit is arranged on the carrier and has a first color temperature. The second LED unit is spaced apart from the first LED unit by a space, and electrically connected to first LED unit and the circuit. The first LED unit and the second LED unit, and each includes a light-emitting body and a wavelength conversion layer covering the light-emitting body. The first color temperature is different from the overall color temperature.

A method of tuning color temperature of light-emitting device having an overall color temperature, comprising: providing a carrier; disposing at least two LED units on the carrier, wherein there is a space formed between the two LED units, and the overall color temperature of the light-emitting device is positively correlated to the space; and setting a predetermined temperature for the overall color temperature by adjusting the space.
