An electronic component is provided. The electronic component includes a substrate, an III-V die and a silicon die. The III-V die is disposed on the substrate. The silicon die is stacked to the III-V and electrically connected to the III-V die.

Electronic component

The present invention relates to a low loss antenna switch. The antenna switch comprises a plurality of switch module and a plurality of transmitting/receiving terminals, wherein one end of each switch module is connected to an antenna unit and the other end of each switch module is connected to each transmitting and receiving end respectively. Further, each switch module comprises a plurality of switch units in series, wherein the width of at least one switch unit is smaller than other switch units of each switch module. Thus, the parasitic capacitance of the off-stage switch modules can be reduced, and VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) of the antenna switch also can be improved.

Low loss antenna switch

A low-noise amplifier (LNA), a folded low-noise amplifier (folded LNA) and an amplifier circuit module are provided. The LNA includes a plurality of radio frequency (RF) input stages, at least one bias transistor and at least one radio frequency (RF) output stage. The bias transistor is connected to the RF input stages to provide a DC bias source to one of the RF input stages for isolating others of the RF input stages. The RF output stage is connected in parallel with the RF input stages, which share an adjustable input inductor.

Low-noise amplifier, folded low-noise amplifier and amplifier circuit module

The present invention is related to a communication device capable of self-detecting operation status and detecting method thereof. The communication device comprises at least one communication module and a control module. The communication module is capable of self-detecting operation status, so as to generate at least one status information. The control module is allowed to read out the status information of the communication module via a Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI). When the need for the adjustment of operation status of the communication module is diagnosed by the control module, a control signal is generated, and the control signal is transmitted to the communication module via the MIPI, so as to adjust operation status of the communication module. As such, the communication module may be operated under its best status, and also reduce the probability of overheating or abnormal operation.

Communication module, communication device capable of self-detecting operation status and detecting method thereof

A wideband front-end device comprises a wideband amplifying module and a plurality of narrow band filters. The wideband amplifying module comprises an input end, a plurality connecting ends and at least one receiving end. A wideband transmitting RF signal can be transmitted to one of the connecting ends from the input end according to the frequency band thereof. Thus, the wideband transmitting RF signal can be divided into several narrow band signals with different frequency bands. Each narrow band signal with different frequency bands is transmitted to different connecting ends and narrow band filters respectively. Therefore, each narrow band filter can be used to filter wideband transmitting RF signal or narrow band signals with different frequency bands respectively to reduce production costs of the wideband front-end device.

Wideband front-end device and RF signal filtering method thereof

The present invention relates to a method for compensating a power amplification unit of a wireless RF module that includes a baseband unit, a RF transceiver unit, a power amplification unit and a control unit. The baseband unit is connected to the power amplification unit through the control unit and the RF transceiver unit. Based on the characteristic of the power amplification unit, the baseband unit provides a control signal to regulate the output signal characteristic of the power amplification unit, or provides a RF transceiver unit control signal to regulate the characteristics of the RF signal being transmitted by the RF transceiver unit to the power amplification unit, or to regulate the characteristics of the baseband signal being transmitted to the RF transceiver unit, enabling the characteristics of the output signal of the power amplification unit to meet the specifications of the related system.

Method for compensating a power amplification unit of a wireless RF module

The present invention relates to a control method of an RF switch module. The RF switch module comprises a control device and a switch device. The control device is electrically connected to the switch device, and the control device is able to provide a control voltage to the switch device, and turn on or turn off the switch device. Further, the control device determines frequency or voltage value of the control voltage provided to the switch device according to the power or frequency of an RF signal transmitted by the switch device.

Control method of RF switch module

An RF front-end module includes a transmitting/receiving terminal, a control unit, a first transmitting block and a second transmitting block. The first transmitting block and the second transmitting block connect the transmitting/receiving terminal and the control unit. The control unit controls on or off status of the first transmitting block and the second transmitting block. Thus, the first transmitting block and the second transmitting block can send a signal to the transmitting/receiving terminal directly without pass through any switch unit, avoiding extra signal loss on switch unit.

RF front-end module

A multi-mode and multi-band front-end device comprises at least one amplifier unit, at least one switching unit, at least one control unit, a plurality of transmission paths, and a plurality of frequency matching networks. The switching unit comprises at least input end and a plurality of connecting ends. Wherein the input end is electrically connected to the amplifier unit, and each of connecting ends is connected to each of transmission paths, respectively. Each of frequency matching networks is configured on each of transmission paths, and achieves impedance matching at different frequency bands, respectively. The multi-mode and multi-band front-end device is able to select one of transmission paths to transmit RF signal according to the frequency band of RF signal to be transmitted so as to improve the output power of the multi-mode and multi-band front-end device.

A switching device having a good isolation characteristic is disclosed. The switching device comprises a switch unit and a control unit, wherein the control unit is connected to a power supply terminal, and connected to the switch unit via a control line and a power line. The control unit comprises a voltage regulator unit that is electrically connected to the power supply terminal and the power line of the switch unit. When the switch unit enters standby mode, the control unit provides an isolation voltage to the switch unit to effectively enhance the isolation characteristic of the switching device in the standby mode.

A front-end circuit of the wireless transceiver is disclosed to reduce the number of the pin count of the chip, and achieve the impedance matching. The circuit comprises an antenna unit, a receiver, and a transmitting block, all of which are connected together, wherein there is no switch provided between the receiver and the antenna unit, such that the loss of switch can be avoided for reducing the noise figure and improve the sensitivity of the receiving path accordingly.
