A fan includes a rotating unit and a housing unit. The rotating unit includes a base and a fan body that is rotatably mounted to the base. The housing unit includes an outer ring that surrounds and is connected to the base, a plurality of connecting members that are mounted to an outer peripheral surface of the outer ring and that are spaced apart from each other, and a base member that surrounds the rotating unit and the outer ring and that is connected to the connecting members. The base member has a plurality of receiving holes, and each of the connecting members is made of a shock-absorbing material, and is fixed in a respective one of the receiving holes.

A motor includes a base, a rotor unit and a driving unit. The base has opposite first and second surfaces. The rotor unit includes a magnet unit disposed on a rotatable magnet carrier to face the first surface of the base. The driving unit includes a circuit board disposed between the base and the magnet unit, induction coils disposed on the circuit board and operatively associated with the magnet unit, a sensor unit disposed on the circuit board and spaced apart from the induction coils, and a rotor positioning component disposed on the second surface of the base and capable of magnet attraction with the magnet unit for positioning the rotor unit relative to the sensor unit when the rotor unit stops rotating.

A motor includes a base, a rotor unit and a driving unit. The base has opposite first and second surfaces. The rotor unit includes a magnet unit disposed on a rotatable magnet carrier to face the first surface of the base. The driving unit includes induction coils disposed on a circuit board, a sensor unit that is disposed on the circuit board and spaced apart from the induction coils and that defines a first reference line with the rotation axis, and a rotor positioning component disposed on the second surface of the base, extending along a second reference line, and capable of magnet attraction with the magnet unit for positioning the rotor unit relative to the sensor unit when the rotor unit stops rotating.

A motor stator includes an insulating frame having a plurality of projecting rods, an induction unit, and a plurality of conductive members. The induction unit includes an induction circuit board, a plurality of induction coils embedded within the induction circuit board, and a plurality of coil windings wound respectively on the projecting rods. The conductive members extend through the insulating frame and the induction circuit board for establishing an electrical connection between each of the induction coils and a corresponding one of the coil windings. The turn numbers of the coil windings are not limited by the area and thickness of the induction circuit board, and can be increased. Alternatively, the coil windings may be positioned to increase the magnetic pole slot number when energized. As such, a driving force of the motor stator can be increased.

Motor stator

A motor stator includes a stator unit and at least one auxiliary unit. The stator unit includes a circuit substrate, and a plurality of spaced-apart induction coils embedded within the circuit substrate. The auxiliary unit includes an auxiliary coil attached to and disposed outwardly of the circuit substrate.

A beverage heating method includes the steps of: preheating a thermal storage heater unit in a predetermined temperature; dispensing a cool beverage from a beverage container via a dispensing conduit; heating the cool beverage by passing it through the thermal storage heater unit; and supplying the hot beverage from the thermal storage heater unit. A beverage heater apparatus includes a beverage container, a thermal storage heater unit, a liquid-dispensing valve, a control unit and a dispensing conduit. The beverage container connects with a heat-exchanging channel provided in the thermal storage heater unit. The thermal storage heater unit stores heat energy in a predetermined temperature by preheating. The control unit has a sensor to detect the temperature of the thermal storage heater unit. The liquid-dispensing valve is switched on or off to control the dispensing conduit which supplies cool beverage from the beverage container to the thermal storage heater unit.

A cooling fan includes: a casing having a surrounding wall that defines an accommodating space; a circuit board disposed in the accommodating space and including a substrate and a control circuit, the substrate having a center portion that has a peripheral edge, and a plurality of spaced apart connecting beams that extend from the peripheral edge of the center portion and that are connected directly and securely to the surrounding wall; a hollow shaft secured directly to and protruding from the circuit board into the accommodating space; a stator mounted securely on the center portion of the substrate of the circuit board and coupled to the control circuit; a fan blade unit disposed in the accommodating space and including an annular hub journalled rotatably to the hollow shaft; and a rotor mounted on the hub.

Cooling fan

A cooling fan includes: a casing having a base wall and a surrounding wall that extends transversely from the base wall, and that has an inner wall surface and a top opening; a stator mounted on the inner wall surface of the surrounding wall; a shaft protruding from the base wall; a fan blade unit including an annular hub that is journalled rotatably to the shaft, a supporting ring that surrounds the hub, and a plurality of blades that extend between and that are connected to the hub and the supporting ring; a rotor mounted on the supporting ring; and a cover in the form of a circuit board mounted on the top end face of the surrounding wall for covering the top opening in the casing and including a substrate formed with a central opening.

A controller includes a power source unit, a drive circuit, and a state control circuit. The drive circuit is coupled to the power source unit, and includes a drive coil and a switching transistor unit. The switching transistor unit is operable in one of a circuit-making state for making an electrical circuit between the drive coil and the power source unit so as to enable the drive coil to drive rotation of a rotor of a brushless direct current motor, and a circuit-breaking state for breaking the electrical circuit between the drive coil and the power source unit. The state control circuit is coupled to the power source unit, and includes a pulse width modulator, a sensing coil, and a control transistor coupled electrically in series. The state control circuit controls operation of the switching transistor unit according to magnetic position of the rotor relative to the sensing coil.

Controller for a brushless direct current motor

A power converter module provides a regulated direct current voltage to a load, and includes a rectifier, a metal thin film capacitor, and a voltage regulating circuit. The rectifier has input rectifier terminals coupled electrically to an external alternating current power source, and output rectifier terminals. The metal thin film capacitor interconnects one of the input rectifier terminals of the rectifier to the external alternating current power source. The voltage regulating circuit provides the regulated direct current voltage from the output rectifier terminals to the load.

The present invention is to make a towel material for forming a wet towel, that is made by a drying, compressing or evacuating manner into compact units having a winding bar shape, or block shape. The units are connected by connecting members into a strap, so that the towel material strap may be stored in the chamber of the manufacturing apparatus. After the user emits the using signal, the towel material strap is serially drawn out by a control wheel member, and the connecting member is wound by the winding roller, so that the units may fall into the output member or the article outlet. The units are wet or immersed in the liquid, so that the units may be expanded into a wet towel.

The present invention relates to a bearing device including a body formed with an inner groove that does not communicate with the shaft hole of the body. Thus, when the rotation shaft is rotated, the lubricating oil may lubricate the rotation shaft, and may flow back to be stored in the inner groove after the rotation shaft stops rotating, thereby achieving the effect of recycling use. At the same time, the inner groove does not communicate with the inner shaft hole, such that when the rotation shaft is rotated, the lubricating oil contained in the inner groove will not be directly carried out of the body and will not sputter out of the body. Thus, the amount of loss of the lubricating oil may be reduced, thereby increasing the lifetime of the bearing device.

Bearing device
