A fan includes a frame, an impeller and a motor. The impeller includes a hub, a plurality of blades, first air-guiding plates and second air-guiding plates. The hub has a tapered shape. A width of the hub gradually increases along a direction from a top portion of the hub to a bottom portion of the hub. The hub has at least an air vent. The blades are disposed around an outer periphery of the hub. The first air-guiding plates and the second air-guiding plates are disposed around an inner periphery of the hub. The first air-guiding plates are arranged between two of the second air-guiding plates in staggered. The second air-guiding plates are arranged between two of the first air-guiding plates in staggered. The first air-guiding plates and the second air-guiding plates have different thicknesses, heights or shapes.

A contra-rotating fan structure includes a first base, a first fan, a second base, and a second fan. The first fan is rotatably disposed on the first base and includes a first hub. The first hub has a first largest width. The second fan is rotatably disposed on the second base and includes a second hub. The second hub has a second largest width. The first base and the second base are located between the first fan and the second fan. The second largest width is greater than the first largest width.

The cover selectively covers or exposes the opening and includes a release portion. The release portion is for releasing a component located within the housing. A pull-rotary filter switch with a fool-proof effect to avoid accidentally cut off power supply includes a rotary switch device, a transmission line and a filter. The rotary switch device has a casing, a fixing seat, a substrate, a pull-rotary button and a contact terminal. The casing has an opening and a through hole. The fixing seat has a penetrating hole, a first eccentric hole and a second eccentric hole. The substrate has a conductive point and a board hole. The contact terminal is disposed on one end of the eccentric rod and contacted to the conductive point. The transmission line is electrically connected to the transmission line, which passes through the shaft hole, the penetrating hole, the board hole, and the through hole to electrically connect to the conductive point.

Pull-rotary filter switch

A rotary switch includes a holder base holding two metal contact plates and one metal connection plate, a rotary handle vertically pivotally coupled to a pivot shaft of the holder base and rotatable relative to the holder base between a first position where a bottom recess of a circular actuating member of the rotary handle receives a respective electric connection portion of each metal contact plate and the electric connection portion of the metal connection plate contacts the electric connection portions of the metal contact plates and a second position where a protrusion of the circular actuating member forces the electric connection portion of one metal contact plate away from the metal connection plate to produce an electrical signal, and a torsion spring sleeved on the rotary handle with its two ends respective connected to the actuating member and the holder base for returning the rotary handle automatically after each rotary motion.

Rotary switch

A method for manufacturing a touch pen and a touch pen are provided. Firstly, a core stick including a top end connected to a fixed portion by an easy-broken portion is prepared. The core stick is placed in a mold. A portion of the fixed portion is protruding from the mold and fixed. Then, an injected material is injected into the mold for forming a molded shell covering the core stick. By exerting a force on the easy-broken portion, the fixed portion and the core stick are separated after the molded shell is formed. A heavy touch pen with diversified appearance is thus obtained.

Method for manufacturing improved touch pen and device formed thereby

A method for molding a molded substance to a substrate is provided. A substrate connected to a fixing portion by a connecting portion is prepared. The substrate is placed in a mold, wherein a portion of the fixing portion is protruding from the mold. The fixing portion is fixed by a fixing device outside the mold. Then, the molded substance covering the substrate is formed within the mold.

Method for molding substance on substrate and device formed thereby

An image reading apparatus that includes an image scanning module in which an image sensor device is provided. The image reading apparatus includes an upper housing and a pattern located on the bottom surface of the upper housing and positioned at a position x with reference to the edge of the opening. The upper housing has a bottom surface and is provided with an opening for mounting a transparent platen adapted for supporting a document to be scanned. The opening defines an edge. Responsive to detection of the pattern by the image sensor device, the image reading apparatus determines the distance required to move by the scanning module to reach a predetermined positioning line.
