A heat exchange unit is disclosed. At least one air opening of the heat exchange unit is formed from a sloped surface, enabling the area of the air opening to exceed the cross-sectional area of heat exchange of the heat exchange unit, and further enhancing heat exchange efficiency. A heat exchange device employing the heat exchange unit and a closed electrical apparatus employing the heat exchange device are also disclosed.

Heat exchange device for closed electrical apparatus

An integrated fan includes a centrifugal blade unit and a frame. The centrifugal blade unit has a hub. The frame is used for accommodating the centrifugal blade unit. The frame includes a first casing, a second casing and at least one airflow-guiding plate. The first casing includes a main plate and an airflow inlet, wherein the airflow inlet is disposed in the main plate and aligned with the hub. The second casing is opposed to the main plate of the first casing. The at least one airflow-guiding plate is aslant and externally extended from an edge of the main plate. The airflow-guiding plate, the first casing and the second casing collectively define an airflow output channel. An included angle between an airflow-leaving direction of the airflow output channel and an airflow-entering direction of the airflow inlet is ranged between 90 and 180 degrees.

Integrated fan

A heat exchange device includes a housing, an internal circulating fan, an external circulating fan and a heat exchange unit. The internal and external circulating fans and the heat exchange unit are disposed in the housing. The internal and external circulating fans are disposed at the same side relative to the heat exchange unit. A closed-type electronic apparatus including the heat exchange device is also disclosed.

An air-cooled heat exchanger includes a casing, a first heat-exchanging core, a second heat-exchanging core, a first internal driving device, a second internal driving device and an external driving device. The first internal driving device is used for driving a first internally-circulated airflow to flow along a first internal circulation path. The second internal driving device is used for driving a second internally-circulated airflow to flow along a second internal circulation path. The external driving device is used for driving a first externally-circulated airflow to flow along a first external circulation path and driving a second externally-circulated airflow to flow along a second external circulation path. The first heat-exchanging core is configured to perform heat exchange between the first internally-circulated airflow and the first externally-circulated airflow. The second heat-exchanging core is configured to perform heat exchange between the second internally-circulated airflow and the second externally-circulated airflow.

The method of magnetic compensation for the motor provides the magnetic element disposed adjacent to the magnetic sensor to compensate the magnetic sensor for an unnecessary magnetic interference, so that the magnetic sensor provides a regular voltage difference to drive the motor.

A liquid-cooled heat dissipation module for circularly dissipating heat from a heat source. The liquid-cooled heat dissipation module includes a fan having a base; a pump disposed on the base; a heat sink coupled to the fan and having an opening to receive the pump; and a guide part disposed in the opening of the heat sink, communicated to the pump and having an outer surface, a through hole and a guide passage formed on the outer surface. The pump drives a working fluid in the liquid-cooled heat dissipation module to pass through the through hole, the pump and the guide passage to circularly dissipate heat.

A motor comprising a stator, a rotor, and a plurality of blades. The stator comprises a stator base with an opening, a first magnetic structure disposed at a bottom of the opening, a magnetic pole disposed on the stator base, and a second magnetic structure disposed at a top of the magnetic pole. The rotor, coupled to the stator, comprises a hub, a shaft, a third magnetic structure disposed at the hub and encircled one en of the shaft and corresponded to the first magnetic structure, and a fourth magnetic structure disposed at the hub without contacting the second magnetic structure. The blades encircle the rotor. The first and third magnetic structures attract the second and the fourth magnetic structures, respectively.

A liquid-cooling heat dissipation module. The liquid-cooling heat dissipation module circularly dissipates heat from a heat source. The liquid-cooling heat dissipation module includes a fan, a pump, a heat sink, and a guide member. The pump is attached to the fan and driven by the fan. The heat sink is coupled to the fan, and has an opening for receiving the pump. A guide member is disposed in the opening of the heat sink and communicates with the pump. The guide member has a through hole and a guide passage formed on the surface of the guide member. Power provided by the fan, the working fluid in the liquid-cooling heat dissipation module circulates through the through hole, the pump and the guide passage to dissipate heat.

A low-abrasion rotating structure includes a stator set, a rotor set, and a rotating shaft. A stator hole is defined at a center of the stator set. A rotor hole is defined at a center of the rotor set. The rotating shaft is disposed in both the stator hole and the rotor hole to connect the stator set and the rotor set, and is rotatable in respect to the stator set and the rotor set.
