An image capture apparatus including a light guide device, a transparent device, a light source and an image capture device is provided. The light guide device includes a top surface, a bottom surface opposite to the top surface, a light incident surface connected between the top surface and the bottom surface and a light emitting surface opposite to the top surface. The bottom surface is connected between the light incident surface and the light emitting surface. An acute angle &#x3b1; is included between the light incident surface and the top surface. The transparent device is disposed on the top surface of the light guide device. The light source is used to emit a light beam. The image capture device is disposed on the light emitting surface of the light guide device.

Light guide for finger print reader

The present disclosure provides a light homogenizing device and a biometric identifying device. The light homogenizing device includes a light homogenizing member and light-emitting units. The light homogenizing member includes a hole and protrusion structures. The protrusion structures are disposed on a first surface of the light homogenizing member and surrounding an outside of the hole. A circular inclined-plane is disposed between the hole and the protrusion structures and connected to the hole. The light-emitting units are disposed opposite to the first surface, and each light-emitting units transmits a light to one of the protrusion structures. The protrusion structures homogenize the light and outwardly transmit the homogenized light through a second surface of the light homogenizing member.

Light homogenizing device and biometric identifying device

A dual lens fingerprint identification method comprises following steps. A first fingerprint image and a second fingerprint image of a finger in contact with a touch panel are captured by a first lens and a second lens respectively. The first fingerprint image and the second fingerprint image are partially overlapped with each other. An image processing procedure is performed to merge the first fingerprint image and the second fingerprint image into a third fingerprint image, and a calculation procedure is performed to compare a plurality of fingerprint characteristic points captured from the third fingerprint image with a plurality of preset characteristic points captured from a preset fingerprint image.

Method and device for dual lens fingerprint identification

A substrate for fingerprint contact includes a plate, and the plate includes a first surface and a second surface. The first surface is an optical diffusing surface. The optical diffusing surface is used for being contacted by a finger, and features hazed particles. The second surface faces an optical imaging system. The optical diffusing surface of the plate helps to enhance light to be evenly emitted to the finger and weakens the unnecessary scattered light to the optical imaging system, so as to enhance the recognition rate of a fingerprint when the optical imaging system is used for intercept the light applied on a finger.

Substrate for fingerprint contact

A fingerprint recognition device, applicable to retrieving a fingerprint image, includes a light guiding plate, a finger plate, an imaging piece, and at least one light source. The light guiding plate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other and a sidewall surface connected between the first surface and the second surface. The finger plate is adjacent to the first surface of the light guiding plate. The imaging piece is adjacent to the second surface of the light guiding plate, and the light source is adjacent to the sidewall surface of the light guiding plate. The light source emits a light towards the sidewall surface and the light enters the light guiding plate. The light guided by the light guiding plate is emitted out of the first surface, and the imaging piece retrieves the fingerprint image on the finger plate.

Fingerprint recognition device

An optical fingerprint recognition system has a finger board. The finger board has a plurality of micro-structures, and a plate face of the finger board is to be in contact with a finger, and the other plate face of the finger board has an image capturing element and at least one light emitting element disposed thereon. The image capturing element and the light emitting element are separated from the finger board for a distance. When the light emitting element emits a light ray towards the finger board, the light ray is guided by the plurality of micro-structures to be uniformly distributed in the finger board, so as to facilitate the image capturing element to capture the light ray applied on the finger, thus improving the recognition rate of the fingerprint.
