A heating apparatus for a nozzle of an injection machine includes a helical-spring shaped heating portion, a first sleeve, and a second sleeve. The first sleeve includes a first blocking portion and forms internal threads. The second sleeve includes a second blocking portion and forms external threads. The heating portion is received in the second sleeve. The internal threads are screwed into the external threads. The first blocking portion and the second blocking portion sandwich the heating portion.

An injection mold includes a first plate, a second plate, a movable plate, a ball screw, a ball nut, an injection screw, a transmission shaft, an injection motor, a metering motor, a first driving assembly and a second driving assembly. The ball screw is rotatably supported by the first plate. The ball nut is fixed to the movable plate, and is threadedly engaged with the ball screw. The injection screw is coaxially positioned with the ball screw. The transmission shaft is rotatably supported by the second plate. The injection motor is fixedly mounted on the first plate. The metering motor is fixed mounted on the second plate. The first driving assembly is connected to the injection motor to drive the ball screw. The second driving assembly is connected to the metering motor to rotate the transmission shaft for moving the injection screw.

Injection mold

An alignment tool for assembling a rear plate and a frame of a flat display panel is introduced. The rear plate includes a front surface, a rear surface opposing to the front surface for adhering with the frame in an aligning process, and an alignment mark located at the front surface. The alignment mark has a predetermined thickness and is protruded from the front surface. The alignment tool includes a base, a clamp arm and an upper arm. The base further includes a base top surface and an alignment notch. The base top surface is used for contacting with the front surface of the rear plate and the alignment notch has at least two alignment sides for matching with the alignment mark. The clamp arm is protruded from the base, and the upper arm is protruded from the clamp arm and used for aligning with the frame. The upper arm includes an arm lower surface parallel to and spaced apart from the base top surface by a predetermined distance for forming an open space in between. The rear plate is sandwiched in the open space during the aligning process, and the alignment mark is leaned upon the alignment sides of the alignment notch, such that the alignment mark is inserted into the alignment notch.

Alignment tool for assembling a rear plate and a frame of a flat display panel

A display panel is disclosed. The display panel includes a substrate having an edge and a printed circuit board. A plurality of bonding electrodes are formed on the substrate, and positioned along the edge of the substrate. Each bonding electrode neither overlaps nor connects with any of the other bonding electrodes. The bonding electrodes are spaced from the edge of the substrate by a distance. A plurality of board electrodes are formed on the printed circuit board. Each board electrode neither overlaps nor connects with any other board electrodes. The position of each board electrode corresponds to that of one of the bonding electrodes. An auxiliary bonding pad is formed between the bonding electrodes and the edge of the substrate. When a conductive adhesive layer and a protective adhesive layer are formed to adhere the substrate with the printed circuit board, the auxiliary bonding pad can reduce a space formed between the bonding electrodes and the conductive adhesive layer, and also eliminates the possibility of the bubble formation therebetween. Therefore, the substrate is completely sealed with the printed circuit board.

A plasma display panel(PDP) is disclosed. The PDP includes a rear plate, a front plate spaced apart and positioned in parallel with the rear plate, and a plurality of barrier ribs positioned in the space between the rear plate and the front plate to define a plurality of discharge space groups. Each discharge space group includes a first discharge space, a second discharge space, and a third discharge space. Each discharge space is filled with the different discharge gases including a first, a second, and a third discharge gas for respectively emitting of one of three primary colors. The rear plate of the PDP has a reflecting layer to reflect the light and prevent the light from penetrating through the rear plate so as to increase the luminescent efficiency of the PDP.

Full-color plasma display panel using different discharge gases to emit lights

A plasma display panel includes a rear plate, a front plate parallel to and spaced apart from the rear plate, and a plurality of ribs between the plates to define a plurality of discharge space groups therebetween. Each discharge space group includes a first discharge space and a second discharge space. A first fluorescent layer is coated in the first discharge space and on a first side wall surface of the ribs surrounding the first discharge space, and a second fluorescent layer is coated in the second discharge space and on a second side wall surface of the ribs surrounding the second discharge space. A second thickness of the second fluorescent layer is larger than a first thickness of the first fluorescent layer so that the surface area of the first fluorescent layer is larger than the surface area of the second fluorescent layer.

Color plasma display panel

A protective device for a tube bonded on a plasma display panel (PDP). The PDP includes a plate which does not break when experiencing a first force, an air holo for passing air above and below the plate and in air communications with the tube, and doughnut-shaped base disposed around the air hole and the tube. The protective device includes a hollow shield with a first opening on a bottom end bonded to the doughnut-shaped base for containing the tube, and a binding compound for binding the hollow shield to the doughnut-shaped base. The hollow shield remains bonded to the doughnut-shaped base when experiencing a second force which is smaller than the first force. When the hollow shield experiences an external force greater than the second force, the hollow shield will separate from the doughnut shaped base without breaking the plate.

Protective device for a tube on a plasma display panel

A plasma display device is disclosed. The plasma display device includes a plasma display panel having a display area and a non-display area, driving circuits, comparator control circuits, and heating elements mounted on the non-display area of the plasma display panel. The non-display area surrounds the display area. A part of the driving circuit and a corresponding heating element may be a Wheatstone bridge circuit. Each comparator control circuit is coupled to the Wheatstone bridge circuit so as to control the heating element. When a portion of the display area is lit, a heating element located on the adjacent non-display area is then activated through the current balance of the Wheatstone bridge circuit and under the control of the driving circuit and the comparator control circuit. Thus, the temperature difference between the display area and the non-display area is reduced.
