A touch panel includes a substrate, a raised structure, a touch sensing electrode layer, and a peripheral circuit layer. The substrate has a visible region and a border region surrounding the visible region. The raised structure is disposed on the substrate and located in the border region, in which the raised structure and the substrate constitute a step area. The touch sensing electrode layer is disposed in the visible region and partially extends to the border region to cross over the raised structure and cover the step area. The peripheral circuit layer is disposed in the border region, and overlaps the touch sensing electrode layer at least on the raised structure and the step area.

Touch panel and touch device

A touch panel includes a substrate having a display area and a peripheral area. A peripheral circuit is disposed in the peripheral area. The peripheral circuit comprises at least one bonding pad made of a metal layer. A plurality of touch sensing electrodes is disposed in the display area. The plurality of touch sensing electrodes is made of a metal nanowire layer, a film layer disposed on the metal nanowire layer, and a negative-type photosensitive layer disposed on the film layer. The plurality of touch sensing electrodes is electrically connected to the peripheral circuit.

The touch sensing electrode has a mesh pattern interlaced by a plurality of thin lines. The peripheral trace and the touch sensing electrode each includes a plurality of conductive nanostructures and a film layer added onto the conductive nanostructures, and an interface between each of the conductive nanostructures and the film layer that are in the peripheral trace and in the second portion of the touch sensing electrode substantially has a covering structure.

Touch panel, manufacturing method of touch panel, and device thereof

A direct patterning method of touch panel is provided. A substrate having a display region and a peripheral region is provided. A periphery circuit having a bonding pad is disposed on the periphery region. A metal nanowire layer made of metal nanowires are disposed on the display region and the peripheral region. A photosensitive pre-cured layer is disposed on the metal nanowire layer. A photolithography process is performed, which includes exposing the pre-cured layer to define a removal area and a reserved area, and removing the pre-cured layer and the metal nanowire layer on the removal area using a developer solution to form a touch-sensing electrode disposed on the display region and to expose the bonding pad disposed on the periphery region. The touch sensing electrode made of the pre-cured layer and the metal nanowire layer is electrically connected to the periphery circuit.

Direct patterning method for a touch panel and touch panel thereof

A manufacturing method for a touch panel includes defining a removing area of a photo-sensitive conductive layer and a photo-sensitive layer by an exposure process. On a display area, the photo-sensitive layer and a metal nanowire layer in the removing area are removed by a developer solution so as to form a touch sensing electrode on the display area. On a peripheral area, the photo-sensitive conductive layer, the photo-sensitive layer, and the metal nanowire layer in the removing area are removed by the developer solution so as to form a peripheral trace on the peripheral area. The touch sensing electrode and the peripheral trace are electrically connected with each other.

Touch panel and manufacturing method therefor

The direct patterning method includes: providing a substrate having a display area and a peripheral area, which a peripheral circuit having a bonding pad is disposed on the peripheral area; sequentially disposing a metal nanowire layer, a pre-cured film layer and a negative-type photosensitive layer thereon; performing a photolithography step; and curing the pre-cured film layer. The photolithography step includes exposing the negative-type photosensitive layer to define a removal region and a reserved region; and removing the negative-type photosensitive layer, the pre-cured film layer and the metal nanowire layer in the removal region by using a developer, such that a touch sensing electrode is fabricated in the display area and the bonding pad is exposed.
