A communication device is provided. The communication device includes a measurement device and a controller. The measurement device is configured to measure operation parameters and noise parameters corresponding to Wi-Fi channels used by the communication device. In response to the controller determining that a wireless transmitter/receiver unit (WTRU) is to connect to the communication device, the controller calculates a signal-to-noise ratio and a user ratio corresponding to each Wi-Fi channel according to the operation parameters and noise parameters, and calculates a congestion traffic value corresponding to each Wi-Fi channel according to the signal-to-noise ratio and the user ratio of each Wi-Fi channel. The controller selects a first Wi-Fi channel having the smallest congestion traffic value from among the plurality of Wi-Fi channels to communicate with the WTRU.

The disclosure provides a mount bracket which is configured for a fan. The mount bracket includes a button plate, a frame and a plurality of vibration-absorbing components. The button plate is mounted with a motor mount. The frame surrounds the button plate, and the frame has an inner lateral surface and an outer lateral surface. A plurality of fixing structures protrude from the outer lateral surface of the frame. The inner lateral surface of the frame and an outer lateral surface of the button plate form an annular gap therebetween. The vibration-absorbing components are spaced apart from each other and located in the annular gap, and the vibration-absorbing components are located between and connected to the outer lateral surface of the button plate and the inner lateral surface of the frame.

A method, an electronic device, and a computer-readable recording medium for setting screen timeout time are proposed. The method is adapted to an electronic device having a touch screen and includes the following steps. First, touch operation performed by the user on the touch screen is detected to generate multiple touch operation time periods. An average touch operation time period is calculated according to the touch operation time periods. Next, a screen timeout time is set according to the average touch operation time period, where a non-touch operation time period is between every two consecutive touch operation time periods, and each of the non-touch operation time periods exceeds a predetermined idle time period.
