A method of command entry for an electronic device. First, a single button is pressed to enter the electronic device into a multi-function entry state, indicated by a first light status. The button is pressed again within a first predetermined period after entering the multi-function entry state, corresponding to one command. The light indicator displays a second light status corresponding to the command. Finally, the button is pressed again to confirm the command within a second predetermined period.

Method of command entry for an electronic device

When recording to an optical disk under zoned constant linear velocity (ZCLV) or partial constant angular velocity (PCAV) control, a plurality of super link points are dynamically set in the packet link areas. In this way, packet units recorded on a track of the optical disk are kept continuous.

Method of seamless ZCLV/PCAV recording for packet writing

A disc drive, which inputs and outputs signals by an earphone jack. The signal processing circuit includes a digital-to-analog converter, a memory for storing firmware programs, a signal switch device, and an earphone jack coupled to the signal switch device. When the signal switch device is coupled to the digital-to-analog converter, an audio signal is output from the disc drive through the earphone jack. When the signal switch device is coupled to the signal processing circuit, a digital signal is input or output to/from the disc drive through the earphone jack.
