A portable electronic device includes a touch sensing circuit, a substrate, a conductive layer on the substrate, a resistance measuring circuit and a control circuit. The conductive layer includes a plurality of sensing electrodes. The touch sensing circuit determines whether a touch point occurs according to a plurality of capacitance changes of the plurality of sensing electrodes. The resistance measuring circuit measures a resistance value of at least a part of the conductive layer. The control circuit determines whether the touch sensing circuit should enter a correction mode according to the resistance value.

A touch control device capable of preventing false positives is provided. The touch control device includes: a conductive plate, electrically connected to a predetermined potential; a sensing region, located above the conductive plate, including a plurality of capacitive sensing units; and a conductive ring, located above the conductive plate, disposed at a periphery of the sensing region. When a touch scanning signal is provided to one on-duty capacitive touch sensing unit of the capacitive touch sensing units, the conductive ring synchronously receives a control signal associated with the touch scanning signal.

A testing system for a touch device includes a touch simulation module, a control module and a determination module is provided. The touch simulation module includes multiple conductive elements respectively corresponding to multiple touch sensing regions of the touch device. The control module selectively provides a testing signal to one or multiple of the conductive elements. The determination module determines whether the touch device correctly responds a testing that the control module provides to the device under testing through the touch simulation module.
