The present disclosure relates to an step artificial leather having visual penetration and a manufacturing method thereof. The artificial leather includes a thermoplastic substrate, a thermoplastic adhering layer, and a thermoplastic surface layer. The thermoplastic substrate has fiber net shape, and has visual penetration. The thermoplastic adhering layer is disposed on the thermoplastic substrate. The thermoplastic surface layer is disposed on the thermoplastic adhering layer. The thermoplastic surface layer and the thermoplastic adhering layer are transparent. Therefore, the artificial leather of the present disclosure has visual penetration effect. The product made from the artificial leather of the present disclosure has attractive appearance and diversity.

Artificial leather having visual penetration and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention relates to an artificial leather and a method for producing the same. The artificial leather includes a substrate, a thermoplastic polyurethane fiber adhesive layer, a thermoplastic polyurethane fiber layer, a paste layer, and a surface layer. The paste layer has a thermosetting paste or a high solid-content paste, and the paste has a specific adhesive temperature. A bonding can be performed at low temperature in the method for producing the same, and the artificial leather made by the method for producing the same has excellent hand feeling and/or smoothness.

The present invention relates to a laminated composite material and a method for making the same. The laminated composite material includes a base layer and a protection layer. The base layer includes a first surface, a second surface and a plurality of through holes. The second surface is opposite to the first surface. The protection layer is disposed on the first surface of the base layer, and has a plurality of penetration holes. Sizes and locations of the penetration holes correspond to those of the through holes.

A thin and high strength composite laminate includes a fabric, an elastic layer and a water-based polyurethane layer. The fabric is weaved by high-tenacity filament or high-tenacity monofilament. The high-tenacity filament or high-tenacity monofilament is made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The fabric has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The elastic layer is laminated on the first surface of the fabric. The water-based polyurethane layer is laminated on the second surface of the fabric. In this way, a thin, anti-fouling, abrasion resistance and high physical strength composite laminate can be manufactured.
