A permanent magnet rotor and a permanent magnet rotary assembly are provided. The permanent magnet rotor includes a rotor core, a plurality of permanent magnets and a non-magnetic retaining ring. The rotor core is magnetically permeable. The rotor core has an outer surface and a plurality of dovetail grooves on the outer surface. The permanent magnets are respectively disposed in the plurality of dovetail grooves. The non-magnetic retaining ring is inserted over the rotor core. The plurality of permanent magnets are surrounded by the non-magnetic retaining ring. The non-magnetic retaining ring is magnetically impermeable.

Permanent magnet rotor and permanent magnet rotary assembly

A micro cooling fan includes a housing, a fan wheel, and a main circuit board. The main circuit board has a stator and a driving circuit. The stator is electrically connected to the driving circuit. The stator is disposed on a first inner surface, and the driving circuit is disposed on a first outer surface, so that the housing and the driving circuit of the micro fan motor form an integral structure. The first outer surface is opposite to the first inner surface, or the first outer surface is located on a side surface of the housing. Therefore, by disposing the driving circuit on the first outer surface, the wind resistance of the fan blades is reduced, and the air volume of the micro cooling fan is increased accordingly, so that the cooling effect of the micro cooling fan is improved.

Micro cooling fan

A multilayered miniature coil component, comprising a plurality of coil layers and insulating layers, the plurality of coil layers and insulating layers being alternately overlapped on each other. Each of the plurality of coil layers includes a plurality of coils and wires, each of the coils has a first and a second end, and a plurality of first conductive portions is disposed on each of the coil layers, at least one second conductive portion is disposed on at least one of the coil layers, and each of the plurality of insulating layers has a plurality of conductive through holes disposed correspondingly to the first conductive portions and the second conductive portions, thus through the plurality of wires, the first and the second conductive portions and the conductive through holes, the plurality of coils in each of the coil layers are composed as a circuit loop.

Multilayered miniature coil component

A magnetic suspension bearing located between the spindle and stator of a rotational device includes stator magnetic units mounted on the top side and bottom side of the stator and spindle magnetic units, which are mounted on two ends of the spindle. One end of the spindle has a loading section to support the spindle. The stator magnetic units and the spindle magnetic units generate a repulsive magnetic force to separate the spindle and stator from one another at a selected distance to avoid vibration and noise caused by obliquity and to increase the service life of products.

Magnetic suspension bearing

A magnetic suspension bearing with damping system includes a stator having a stator magnetic unit mounted on the internal portion of the stator, and a rotor rotatably located at the stator. A rotor magnetic unit installed on the rotor corresponding to the stator magnetic. The rotor further has a yoke having a magnetic driving unit corresponding to the external portion of the stator. A magnetic damping device located has a magnetic unit and an elastic unit, wherein the magnetic unit corresponding to the magnetic driving unit generates magnetic force between them, and the elastic unit coupled below the magnetic unit uses to reduce the vibration of the magnetic unit for maintaining the rotation of the rotor smooth and steady.

Magnetic suspension bearing with damping system

A magnetic bearing includes a base, a spindle rotatably mounted onto the base and a magnetic portion mounted between the base and the spindle to provide a magnetic repulsion that suspends the spindle. The magnetic portion further includes an inner magnetic portion and an outer magnetic portion that repulse against each other. The outer magnetic portion is located around the inner magnetic portion so that the inner magnetic portion and the spindle are suspended. Therefore, mechanical friction in the magnetic bearing is minimized.
