An antenna structure includes a metallic member, a feed portion, and a coupling resistor. The metallic member defines a slot, a first gap, a second gap, and a third gap. The first gap and the second gap are connected with the slot and divide with the slot the metallic member into a first portion and a second portion. The second portion is grounded. The third gap is defined on the first portion and connected with the slot. The first portion is divided into a radiating portion and a coupling portion by the third gap. The coupling portion is spaced apart from the radiating portion. The feed portion is electrically connected to the radiating portion, and the coupling portion is grounded through the coupling resistor.

Antenna structure and wireless communication device using same

An antenna structure includes a first antenna with a first feed point feeding current, a first radiating portion, a second radiating portion, and a first ground point. The first radiating portion is electrically connected to the first feed point and receives radiation signals in a first frequency band. The second radiating portion is electrically connected to the first feed point and receives and sends radiation signals in a second frequency band. The first ground point is spaced apart from the first feed point and is electrically connected to the second radiating portion.

An electronic device includes a frame, a baseboard, and at least one ground portion. The frame is formed of at least one conductive material. The baseboard is received in the frame and is spaced from the frame. The baseboard and the frame cooperatively form a gap. The baseboard includes a feed point electrically connected to the frame. One end of each ground portion is electrically connected to the frame and another end of each ground portion is grounded through a high pass filter (HPF).

Electronic device

An antenna module includes a main body, a baseboard, and a ground portion. The main body is made of conductive material. The baseboard is received in the main body and includes a feed point. One end of the feed point is electrically connected to the main body. Another end of the feed point feeds current to the main body. The ground portion is grounded and defines a space. The baseboard is spaced from the main body to form a first gap therebetween. The ground portion is positioned in the first gap to electrically connect the baseboard to the main body and an area of the first gap corresponding to the space forms a second gap.

Antenna module and wearable device using same

A power adjusting module applied in a wearable device and includes a sensor, a central processing unit (CPU). The sensor triggers a detect signal. The CPU determines if the wearable device is in a wearing mode or a free mode according to the detect signal. If the wearable device is determined in a wearing mode, the CPU generates an instruction for increasing a transmission power of an antenna of the wearable device; if the wearable device is determined in a free mode, the CPU generates an instruction for decreasing the transmission power of the antenna. A wearable device employing the power adjusting module is also provided.

Power adjusting module and wearable device employing same

An electronic device includes a main body, a baseboard, a ground portion, and a frequency selected ground (FSG) circuit. The baseboard is received in the main body and is spaced from the main body. The baseboard and the main body together forms a gap and the baseboard includes a feed point for feeding current to the main body. The ground portion is grounded and electrically connects the main body to the baseboard. The ground portion covers a portion of the gap to form a grounding area and a non-grounding area. One end of the FSG circuit is electrically connected to the main body and another end of the FSG circuit is grounded. The FSG circuit includes a plurality of inductors and/or capacitors. The FSG circuit has different impedances in response to the electronic device working at different frequency bands.

An antenna structure for MIMO application includes a substrate, a first antenna element, and a second antenna element. A metal ground layer covers a portion of a first surface of the substrate, and the first antenna element is arranged on the metal ground layer. The first antenna element includes an open-slot, which extending from an edge of the metal ground layer toward an inner portion of the metal ground layer, and a signal feed-in member arranged on a second surface of the substrate and spatially corresponding to an open end of the open-slot. The second antenna element is arranged on the first surface of the substrate adjacent to the first antenna element and extending away from the metal ground layer, and includes a signal feed-in portion arranged adjacent to the open end of the open-slot, and electronically connects to the signal feed-in member.

Antenna structure for MIMO application

A broadband antenna element includes a circuit board, an antenna carrier connected to the circuit board, and a broadband antenna. The broadband antenna includes a first antenna and a second antenna which are conductive bent strips of metal. The first antenna includes a first feed terminal and a second feed terminal. The second antenna includes a third feed terminal and a coupling ground terminal. The second feed terminal and the coupling ground terminal are mounted on the circuit board keeping a first predetermined distance away from each other. The first feed terminal is mounted on the antenna carrier/circuit board being connected to the second feed terminal, and the third feed terminal is mounted on the antenna carrier being connected to the coupling ground terminal.

Broadband antenna element

An antenna apparatus includes a metal shell, a circuit board parallel to the metal shell which forms a space between the circuit board and the shell, a tunable matching circuit mounted in the space with an terminal electrically connected to the shell, and an capacitive feed coupling antenna mounted on the circuit board. The capacitive feed coupling antenna includes a coupling ground strip mounted on the circuit board and a feed strip. The feed strip includes a first portion and a second portion mounted on the circuit board with a portion extending along an edge of the circuit board. The first portion is electrically interconnected between the other terminal of the tunable matching circuit and the second portion.
