A method of integrating a traffic accident assistance identification and a safety of the intended functionality (SOTIF) scene establishment is applied to a vehicle and includes collecting an on-board diagnostic data, a digital video data and a control data from an on-board diagnostic device, a digital video recorder and a controller; analyzing the on-board diagnostic data, the digital video data and the control data to generate an accident record message and an action confirmation message, and the accident record message includes a vehicle behavior message and a driving intention message; automatically generating an accident assistance identifying data according to the vehicle behavior message, the driving intention message and the action confirmation message, and the accident assistance identifying data includes an accident scene picture and a behavioral characteristic report; and establishing an accident scene database according to the action confirmation message. The accident scene database includes a SOTIF scene.

System and method of integrating traffic accident assistance identification and safety of intended functionality scene establishment

A method with a SOTIF scene collection and a self-update mechanism, which is applied to a vehicle, includes a situation judging step, a scene collecting step, a modifying step, a verifying step, and an updating step. As the situation judging step judges that the sensing control dataset belongs to the accident scene dataset, the sensing control dataset collected by the scene collecting step belongs to a SOTIF scene.

System and method with SOTIF scene collection and self-update mechanism

A multi-power system for providing electrical energy includes a fuel cell unit, a lithium-ion cell unit, and a control unit. The control unit stores a power optimization data sheet that includes multiple power parameter sets, each including a first optimal power and a second optimal power. An air parking brake electric control valve includes an air valve unit and a self-lock unit. The air valve unit includes a main valve body, an auxiliary valve body, a valve core and a first electromagnetic assembly. The valve core is driven by the first electromagnetic assembly to move between a first action position and a second action position. The self-lock unit is disposed on the auxiliary valve body, and includes a second electromagnetic assembly. The second electromagnetic assembly includes a movable column operable to move between a release position and a lock position.

Air parking brake electric control valve

An air brake electric control valve includes a valve body, a force balance unit including a guide member, and an electromagnetic urge unit including a movable column operable to move between an urging position and a retracted position. When the movable column is at the urging position, the movable column pushes the air guide member such that a through hole of the air guide member is blocked. When the movable column is at the retracted position, a gap is formed between the movable column and the air guide member such that an intermediate section and a second passage of the valve body are in fluid communication via the through hole of the air guide member and the gap.

Air brake electric control valve

An air brake relay valve includes an air guide unit having a movable set, a drive unit having a motor and a worm shaft, and a cam unit having a transmission member and a driven member. During a brake action, the motor rotates the worm shaft to rotate the transmission member so as to push the driven member downward to thereby move the movable set to a communicating position where a first valve opening and a second valve opening fluidly communicate with each other. When the brake action is released, the motor rotates reversely so that the driven member is moved upward and that the movable set moves, without being applied with additional force, to a non-communicating position where the first and second valve openings do not fluidly communicate.

Air brake relay valve

A relay valve module of a pneumatic brake system for a vehicle includes a relay valve and an actuating unit. A valve body of the relay valve defines therein an air supply chamber in fluid communication with a supply air reservoir, and a delivery chamber in fluid communication with brake cylinders. A valve seat is disposed between the air supply and delivery chambers; and is opened and closed by movement of a valve member that is actuated by a piston slidable relative to the valve body. The actuating unit includes a stem assembly moved by a pressure to press the piston so as to move the valve member, and an actuating assembly electrically connected with an electronic control unit of the vehicle to receive a brake signal therefrom to provide the pressure to the stem assembly.

Relay valve module of a pneumatic brake system

An energy charge controller for controlling electrical energy of a vehicle includes an estimation module and a control module. The estimation module includes a driver behavior judgment unit, a charge curve adjustment unit and an energy charge evaluation unit. The driver behavior judgment unit is configured to generate and output a driving mode signal. The driving mode signal is evaluated to generate a brake charging target datum by the charge curve adjustment unit. The brake charging target datum and a vehicle speed are evaluated to generate a chargeable braking energy value by the energy charge evaluation unit. The control module is configured to store a plurality of situational conditions, and select and output one of the situational conditions to the vehicle by comparing the chargeable braking energy value and a recoverable storage power value from an energy storage device.

Energy charge controller, energy charge controlling system and method thereof

An energy management device includes an energy transfer unit, and a control unit that generates a control signal based at least on a residual electric quantity of each of high power and high energy storage devices of a vehicle, whether the energy transfer unit is coupled to an external energy source, and a position of the vehicle. The energy transfer unit performs, based on the control signal, energy transfer among the external energy source, the high power and high energy storage devices, and at least one energy load of the vehicle.

Energy management device and method for a vehicle

A self-learning regenerative braking control module is adapted for use with a vehicle, and includes a driving mode determining unit, an analyzing unit, and a regenerative braking determining unit. The driving mode determining unit determines a driving mode according to an accelerator signal, a brake signal, and a speed signal from the vehicle and outputs a coasting duration and coasting information associated with the driving mode to the analyzing unit for obtaining acceleration information. The regenerative braking determining unit obtains target regenerative braking data containing target vehicle speeds that vary with time based upon the acceleration information and regenerative braking reference data stored therein.
