Detection mechanism and electronic device

A cabinet for mounting server to rack includes a chassis, a handle, a lever, and a linkage. The rack includes a support. The support comprises a first limiting surface and a second limiting surface. An axis of the lever is perpendicular to an axis of the handle, the lever comprises a first limiting part and a second limiting part. When the handle rotates, the linkage drives the lever rotate, the first limiting part pushes the first limiting surface to push the chassis out of the rack, or the second limiting part pushes the second limiting surface to push the chassis into the rack. A server system using the cabinet is also disclosed.

Cabinet and server system

A linkage mechanism includes a first fixing member and a movable member. The first fixing member defines a first slot. The movable member includes a handle, a steering plate, and a latching plate. The handle is rotatably connected to the first fixing member. The steering plate has first and second portions. The first portion is rotatably connected to the handle. The second portion has a sliding slot. The latching plate includes a main body portion, latching portion, and sliding post. The main body portion is rotatably attached to the first fixing member about a first axis. Part of the main body portion extends to form the latching portion. The latching portion corresponds to the first slot. One end of the sliding post is fixed to the main body portion. Another end movably fits into the sliding slot.

Linkage mechanism and latching assembly having the same

A locking device and a functional module including the locking device are provided. The locking device includes a mounting frame with a latching column, and a locking assembly locking or releasing the mounting frame. The locking assembly includes a main body pivotally connected with the mounting frame, a latch rotatably connected with the main body, and a sliding cover slidably mounted on the main body and can drive the latch to rotate relative to the main body. When the latch is engaged with the latching column, the locking assembly is locked to the mounting frame. When the sliding cover is moved relative to the main body, the latch rotates relative to the main body to disengage from the latching column. The latch does not need to be rotated separately, and unlocking efficiency of the locking device is improved.

A locking assembly for locking a second component to a second component, comprising a stopper, a mounting component, a driving component, and a linkage mechanism. The stopper is configured for connecting to the first component. The mounting component is configured for connecting to the second component. The driving component is slidably connected to the mounting component. A sliding slot is defined on the driving component. The sliding slot includes a locking segment. The linkage mechanism is slidably connected to the mounting component and the driving component. The linkage mechanism includes a first member and a connecting column. The first member includes a first part and a second part coupled to the first part. The first part is coupled to the mounting component, a first slot is defined on the second part. The connecting column is accommodated in the sliding slot and the first slot.

Locking assembly and chassis

A liquid cooling structure for a server with low-force quickseal joints to carry the coolant includes a first support, a first joint, a second support, a second joint, a first magnet, and a second magnet. The first support is set on the cabinet body. The second support is set on the server body. The first joint is set on the first support. The second joint is arranged on the second support and can be coupled with the first joint. The first magnet is set on first support. The second magnet is set on second support. The first magnet and second magnet with opposite magnetism attract each other to reduce the amount of force required for coupling the first joint and the second joint, and is labor-saving.

Liquid cooling structure with low-force quickseal joints for carrying coolant, cabinet, and server

A frame assembly for holding cooling fans without the use of screws or rivets includes a bottom plate, a frame on the bottom plate, a slider on the frame, a position pin, and a sliding pin. The frame comprises first and second plates, the first plate defining first and second slots extending in different directions. An end of the sliding pin is connected to the slider, other end of the sliding pin is movable within the second slot, and the slider defines a third slot. The orientation of the second slot is such that pushing the assembly against a spring releases the clamping action of the first and second plates on the assembled fans, and releasing the first and second plates allows the fans in the assembly to be reclamped.

A rotating buckle includes a first fixing member, a second fixing member, and a hook body. The first fixing member includes protruding posts. The second fixing member defines limiting slots and comprises a fixing portion. The fixing portion fixes the second fixing member to the first fixing member through a first resilient member. The hook body is received between the first fixing member and the second fixing member. The hook body defines a mounting hole, an inclined slot, and a receiving slot. The protruding posts are inserted through the mounting hole, the inclined slot, and the limiting slots. The fixing portion is inserted through the receiving slot. The hook body is fixed to the first fixing member through a second resilient member.

Rotating buckle and fixing device

A hook fixing mechanism includes a fixing frame, a first hook, and a second hook. The first hook is rotationally mounted on the fixing frame. A first end of the first hook protrudes from the fixing frame, and a second end of the first hook is movably snapped on the fixing frame. The second hook is rotationally mounted on the fixing frame. A third end of the second hook protrudes from the fixing frame, and a fourth end of the second hook resists against the first hook.

A functional module includes an electronic component and a fixing assembly. The fixing assembly includes a base, a handle slidably mounted on the base, a rotating shaft mounted on the base, and a latching hook rotationally mounted on the base by the rotating shaft. The electronic component is mounted on the base. The latching hook includes a latching portion protruding out of the base. The handle includes a lifting portion inclined relative to the base and configured to resist against an end of the latching hook opposite the rotating shaft. When the handle is pulled out, the latching hook is driven by the lifting portion to rotate about the rotating shaft, and the latching portion is retracted within the base.

A locking device includes a housing, a first linking member, a second linking member, a push-pull member, and a stopper. The push-pull member defines a first sliding groove. A first end portion of the first linking member is slidably received in the first sliding groove, and a second end portion of the first linking member is rotationally fixed on the housing. The housing defines a second sliding groove. The stopper is slidably received in the second sliding groove. A second end portion of the second linking member is rotationally mounted on the first linking member. The first end portion of the first linking member is driven by the push-pull member to move along the first sliding groove, which drives the second linking member to rotate, which drives the stopper to move along the second sliding groove.

A storage system includes a chassis, a storage module, and a controller module. The storage module and the controller module are mounted to the chassis. The storage module includes a housing, a storage member, and an adapter plate. The storage member is fixed to the housing and is configured to store data. The sliding apparatus includes a first fastening plate, a second parallel fastening plate mounted to the first fastening plate, and a sliding plate configured to be slidably connected to the second fastening plate. The sliding plate is received between the first fastening plate and the second fastening plate and a locking member includes a first end and a second end. The first end is rotatably connected to the second fastening plate and includes a locking portion, the second end is connected to the sliding plate. The locking portion can move between a locking position, where the locking member is locked by the blocking member, and an unlocking position, where the locking member is unlocked by the blocking member.

A hard disk bracket for selectively mounting a first type of hard disk or a second type of hard disk includes a mounting frame, a rotating arm, a first rotating bracket, a second rotating bracket, a first latching member, and a second latching member. The rotating arm has one end rotationally coupled to the mounting frame and a second end configured to release or latch the hard disk. The first rotating bracket has one end rotationally coupled to the mounting frame and a second end rotatable about the first end.
