The present disclosure discloses an operating instrument for a spinal implant. The operating instrument includes an extension assembly, a central rod, and an operating handle. The extension assembly includes an outer sleeve, and one end of the outer sleeve is connected with a first part of the spinal implant. The central rod passes through the outer sleeve, and one end of the central rod connects to a second part of the spinal implant. The operating handle includes a fixing element, a rotating element, and a pushing element. The rotating element is sleeved on the outer side of the fixing element. The pushing element connects with the central rod, and the rotating element presses against the pushing element. The rotating element is rotated to cause the pushing element to drive the central rod to move the second part, thereby expanding the spinal implant.

Operating instrument and method for spinal implant

The present invention provides a spinal implant structure. The spinal implant structure comprises a first part, a second part and at least one expansion arm. The second part is disposed on the horizontal orientation of the first part and does not overlap with the first part. The diameter of the first part is larger than that of the second part. One end of the expansion arm is connected to the first part, and the other end of the expansion arm is free end. The expansion arm includes a supporting arm. One end of the supporting arm is connected to the expansion arm, and the other end is connected the second part. The support arm includes a plurality of structure weakness. When the distance between the first part and the second part changes, the support arm bends from the structure weakness, thereby the spinal implant structure is expanded.

The present disclosure discloses a device for surgery to stabilize bone segments, which includes a screw assembly, a supporting member, an extending member, and a fastening member. The supporting member is connected with an arm of a receiver of the screw assembly. The extending member includes a connecting portion and an extending portion. The connecting portion is located at one end of the extending member opposite to the receiver. The extending portion is connected to the arm with the supporting member passing through a through hole of the extending portion, and a portion of the supporting member protrudes out of the extending portion to the connecting portion. The fastening member is sleeved on the connecting portion and has a pressing groove. The supporting member is located between the connecting portion and the pressing groove. The pressing groove includes a release position and a pressing position for the supporting member.

Provided is a spinal reaming apparatus including a sleeve, an eccentric shaft, an operated element and an eccentric reaming element. The sleeve has a first end and a second end opposing the first end. The eccentric shaft is received in the sleeve. The operated element is connected to the eccentric shaft and positioned proximate to the first end of the sleeve. The eccentric reaming element is connected to the eccentric shaft and disposed at the second end of the sleeve. When rotated, the operated element drives the eccentric reaming element to rotate relative to the sleeve on the eccentric shaft such that the spinal reaming apparatus will switch between a folded mode and a functioning mode.

The present invention discloses a device for stabilization of bone segment and an extending assembly thereof. The device comprises a screw assembly, two supporting members and two extending members. The screw assembly comprises a receiver and an anchoring member. The receiver has a retainer and two opposite arms extending along the longitudinal axis of the device from the positions adjacent to the retainer. The anchoring member is connected to the retainer. The supporting members are connected to the arms respectively and extend along the longitudinal axis. Each one of the extending members has a through hole respectively. The extending members are connected to the arms with the supporting members passing through the through holes respectively.

The present invention discloses a spinal surgical instrument and a method of guiding thereof. The spinal surgical instrument is operated with a precedent device. The precedent device includes at least one guiding unit. The spinal surgical instrument includes an operating element, an extending element, a handling element and a guide element. One end of the extending element connects to the operating element. The other end of the extending element connects to the handling element. The guide element is disposed on the extending element and includes at least one guide hole. The operating element is guided to the precedent device by the passing of the guide hole along the guiding unit.
