An electromagnetic repulsion drive switching device in which a contact-closing coil and a contact-opening coil are arranged to confront a conductive repulsive member, and in which a drive current is fed to a selected one of the individual coils from a capacitor charged to a predetermined charge voltage by a charging power source. A stationary contact and a movable contact are brought into and out of contact by a repulsion electromagnetic force generated between the coils and the repulsion member. A voltage control controls the output voltage of the charging power source so that the peak value of the drive current may fall within a range with respect to a temperature change of the capacitor. As a result, even if the working temperature of the capacitor changes, the drive current of the contact-closing coil and the contact-opening coil falls within a desired range.

Electromagnetic repulsion driven switch

A switching apparatus includes a switch, a movable coil, stationary coil members, and a direction-of-conduction setter comprising diodes. The switch has a stationary electrode. The movable coil is fixedly mounted on a movable shaft coupled to the movable electrode. The stationary coil members are opposed to the movable coil. The power supply supplies an excitation current to the coils. The direction-of-conduction setter sets the direction of conduction, in which the excitation current flows from the power supply into the coils, so that the coils will electromagnetically react on each other. This arrangement provides highly efficient electromagnetic driving. Moreover, an opening power supply or closing power supply is required to have only a small capacity.

Switching apparatus

A detergent composition comprising an alkaline metal hydroxide, an alkaline metal salt of L-aspartic-N,N-diacetic acid, optionally a scale inhibitor and/or an alkaline metal salt of gluconic acid. This detergent composition is used for removing soils, stains and other contaminants adhering to or deposited on the surfaces of glass, plastics, metals, etc., specifically the hard surfaces of, for example, containers for foodstuffs such as drinks and process foods, container boxes, piping of food production equipment, tanks, sterilizing plates, plate heat exchangers, filling machines and the like, by such means as soaking the parts to be cleaned in a cleaning solution, circulating a cleaning solution in the facilities to be cleaned, or spraying a cleaning solution over the surfaces to be cleaned. This detergent composition has excellent cleaning performance and excellent biodegradability.

Detergent composition

Detergent compositions comprising aminodicarboxylic acid-N,N-dialkanoic acid or its salt (component A) and a synthetic surface active agent having microbial degradability (component B). In particular, in the case where an alkali salt of polyoxyalkylene alkylether acetic acid or alkyl polyglycoside is used as the surface active agent (component B), the detergent compositions exhibit excellent washing effect without forming metallic soap even in washing water with high hardness, and also show high solubility even under the condition of low water temperature, and have excellent microbial degradability. Thus, the detergent compositions are particularly suitable for washing fabrics. Further, in the case where synthetic anionic and/or nonionic surface active agent is used as the surface active agent (component B), influence of corrosion to light metals is small. Accordingly, the detergent compositions are suitable for washing light metals, and also they have excellent foaming property and therefore can be applied to foam cleaning.

An electron gun for the cathode-ray tube is disclosed, in which an early stage lens unit and a main lens unit are respectively constructed as a bipotential form lens. A high voltage equivalent to the voltage applied to a grid of the main lens unit is applied to a grid of the early stage lens unit thereby to reduce the space charge effect, while at the same time suppressing the change of the beam spot shape with the change in the beam current.

Electron gun for cathode-ray tube

An electron gun for a cathode-ray tube has, in addition to its main lens, a triode with first and second grids as control electrodes. The thickness of the second grid, and the separation between the first and second grids, is at most one-half the diameter of the beam aperture in the second grid. These dimensions lead to formation of a prefocus lens with no concave lens component, hence with no beam diverging effect. The resulting triode aberration corrects spherical aberration in the main lens, so that the size of the beam spot focused on the screen has little tendency to increase with increasing beam current.
