An example implant system to treat glottic insufficiency is disclosed. The implant system includes a fixation frame including a first set of flanges at a first edge of the fixation frame and a second flange at a second edge of the fixation frame, wherein the fixation frame is configured to secure the implant system at an opening of the patient's thyroid cartilage, a port system disposed in the fixation frame and configured to receive, deliver, maintain, or remove a filler, and a flexible member, coupled to the fixation frame and in fluid or air communication with the port system, wherein based on an amount of the filler in the flexible member, the flexible member is configured to inflate in a direction to push against the patient's arytenoid cartilage so the arytenoid cartilage is rocked, adducted and/or rotated inferomedially.

Methods and apparatus for treating glottic insufficiency

A method of forming augmented corpus related to articulation disorder includes acquiring target speech feature data from a target corpus; acquiring training speech feature data from training corpora; training a conversion model to make it capable of converting training speech feature data into a respective output that is similar to the target speech feature data; receiving an augmenting source corpus and acquiring augmenting source speech feature data therefrom; converting, by the conversion model thus trained, the augmenting source speech feature data into converted speech feature data; and synthesizing the augmented corpus based on the converted speech feature data.

A roller module for an input module includes a roller base, a roller element and an adjusting element. The roller element is pivotally coupled to the roller base. Moreover, at least one discontinuous protrusion structure is circumferentially arranged a bottom surface of a concave region of the roller element. A contacting part of the adjusting element is contacted with the at least one discontinuous protrusion structure. Consequently, a rotation of the roller element results in a tactile feel.

A mouse device includes a lower casing, a circuit board, an upper casing, a button and an elastic element. The switch module is disposed on the circuit board. The circuit board is located over the lower casing. The upper casing has a slot. The upper casing and the lower casing are combined together. The button includes a push structure. The push structure includes a contacting portion corresponding to the switch module. The push structure is penetrated through the slot. The button is pivotally coupled to the upper casing. Consequently, the button is permitted to be swung relative to the upper casing. The elastic element is arranged between the contacting portion and the upper casing. Moreover, two ends of the elastic element are respectively contacted with the contacting portion and the upper casing. Consequently, the contacting portion is in contact with the switch element.

A silent keyboard and a key structure are provided. The key structure includes a keycap, a buffering layer, a stabilizing element and a supporting plate. The keycap includes a bottom surface and a protrusion edge. The protrusion edge is disposed on a periphery of the bottom surface. The buffering layer is disposed on the bottom surface and the protrusion edge. The buffering layer includes a flat part, a raised part and plural coupling parts. The stabilizing element is located under the keycap and pivotally coupled to the coupling parts. The supporting plate is located under the keycap. The supporting plate includes a key seat, a supporting surface and plural recesses. The plural recesses are aligned with the corresponding coupling parts. While the keycap is moved toward the supporting plate, the flat part, the raised part or the plural coupling parts are subjected to deformation.

The present invention relates to a mouse, including a base, a cover plate provided with a hole, a circuit board, a button switch, an elastic cover, and an upper cover. The cover plate covers the base, and the circuit board is disposed on the base and located between the base and the cover plate. The button switch is disposed on the circuit board. The elastic cover covers the button switch, and extends into the hole together with the button switch, so as to prevent the button switch from being exposed out of the hole. The upper cover covers the cover plate, and the upper cover is capable of oscillating relative to the cover plate to abut against the elastic cover, so as to trigger the button switch.

A waterproof keyboard, including a keypad and a plurality of keys passing through the keypad. The keypad includes a compressive waterproof layer, a plate structure, and a plurality of through-holes, the compressive waterproof layer covering the plate structure, and the through-hole passing through the compressive waterproof layer and the plate structure. Each of the keys passes through one of the through-holes, and the compressive waterproof layer and the plate structure are clamped by means of a slot that is formed on a lateral surface of the key, to enable the key to be sealed with the compressive waterproof layer to form a sealed layer, so as to achieve the waterproof effect.

The implant includes a balloon with a port connector and a band comprising a proximate end attached to a portion of the balloon. The method further includes securing the band to a thyroarytenoid muscle complex and inflating the balloon to pull on the band, which in turn pulls on the thyroarytenoid muscle, which in turn rotates an arytenoids cartilage to medialize and tighten a vocal cord.
