A flash memory device includes a substrate, a semiconductor quantum well layer, a semiconductor spacer, a semiconductor channel layer, a gate structure, and source/drain regions. The semiconductor quantum well layer is formed of a first semiconductor material and is disposed over the substrate. The semiconductor spacer is formed of a second semiconductor material and is disposed over the first semiconductor channel layer. The semiconductor channel layer is formed of the first semiconductor material and is disposed over the semiconductor spacer. Thea gate structure is over the second semiconductor channel layer. The source/drain regions are over the substrate and are on opposite sides of the gate structure.

Flash memory device and method thereof

An assembled housing of rear projection television comprising a foldable main framework and a foldable back cover is disclosed. The main framework is a flat structure as folded, while the main framework forms a ring structure as unfolded. The ring structure includes a front opening and a back opening, while the back cover is positioned in the back opening to form a chamber. The foldable design of the housing facilitates the users and the vendors to assemble the rear projection television, and also reduce the hardware space occupied by the housing, so as to reduce the cost of transportation compared to a traditional rear projection television.

A light bulb assembly with reduced tolerance for engaging a light bulb to a light engine. The light bulb has a first positioning portion. The light bulb assembly has a light machine and a light bulb frame. The light machine has a second positioning portion and an engaging portion for fixing the light bulb in a determined position when the first positioning portion of the light bulb abuts the second positioning portion. The light bulb frame is relatively fixed to the light machine for supporting the light bulb; the light bulb frame has a leaning portion for leaning on the first positioning portion of the light bulb, and an elastic pressure portion for applying three-dimensional pressure on the light bulb for moving toward the determined position.

A shield assembly for a built-in lens set is introduced to a lens set built in a housing, in which the lens set has an optical head and the housing provides an aperture with respective to the optical head. A protrusive enclosure surrounding the aperture protrudes toward the optical head and is spaced from the optical head by a variable slim spacing. The shield assembly includes a shield ring for sleeving both the optical head and the protrusive enclosure and an elastic connecting unit for bridging the shield ring and the housing. By providing the shield ring to enclose always the spacing and the elastic connecting unit to engage elastically the lens set with the housing, the lens set can be prevented from dust-contaminating through the aperture, aged axial offsetting problem, and poor focus-adjusting performance caused by backlash existing in a driving mechanism.
