A touch system is provided. The touch system includes a touch tool and a touch panel. The touch tool provides a downlink signal. The touch panel obtains a first sensing area sensed with the touch tool, and obtains a second sensing area other than the first sensing area according to the downlink signal. The touch panel provides a first uplink signal to the first sensing area, and provides a second uplink signal to the second sensing area. The first uplink signal is different from the second uplink signal. The touch tool generates a calculated uplink signal according to the first uplink signal and the second uplink signal, and provides the downlink signal according to the calculated uplink signal.

Touch system

An active stylus includes a memory; a transmission module; and an active stylus controller, coupled to the memory and the transmission module. The active stylus controller controls the transmission module to periodically transmit a downlink beacon signal and a plurality of downlink signals so as to synchronize timing with a touch panel and transmit information. The downlink beacon signal is composed of a plurality of bit data and includes a preamble, stored in the memory, for synchronizing the timing; a digital data, for transmitting information from the active stylus to the touch panel; and a cyclic redundancy check, for executing an error check or an error correction for data. The touch panel is an in-cell/on-cell organic light-emitting diode (OLED) touch screen or an in-cell/on-cell liquid-crystal display (LCD) touch screen.

Active stylus and touch input system

A touch input system includes a touch panel, configured to transmit an uplink signal; and an active stylus, configured to analyze the uplink signal, synchronize timing and bi-directionally communicate with the touch panel according to the uplink signal; wherein the uplink signal includes a preamble, for synchronizing the timing; a digital data, for bi-directionally communicating between the active stylus and the touch panel; and a cyclic redundancy check, for executing an error check and an error correction for data.

Touch panel and touch input system

A touch control device and a stylus are provided. The stylus includes a transceiver and a controller. The controller generates a plurality of data items based on a request signal received by the transceiver, and generates at least one status data signal in each data item according to at least one operation status of the stylus. In particular, the controller makes the transceiver select at least one selected time period in a plurality of first time periods to transmit the at least one status data signal to a host and transmit at least one normal data signal in at least one other time period other than the at least one selected time period. In particular, a frequency of the at least one status data signal is different from a frequency of the at least one normal data signal.

Touch control device and stylus thereof

An active pen is provided. The active pen includes a first transceiver and a first control circuit. The first transceiver is configured to receive uplink information and send corresponding touch coordinate information, first-type downlink information, and second-type downlink information through at least one data channel. The first control circuit is coupled to the first transceiver. The first control circuit generates the touch coordinate information and multiple downlink information based on the uplink information and classifies the downlink information into the first-type downlink information or the second-type downlink information according to the amount of data and a required transmission frequency thereof. A touch system including the active pen is also provided.

A package structure including a first circuit board, a second circuit board, an encapsulant, a plurality of conductive terminals, and a package device is provided. The first circuit board has a first top surface and a first bottom surface opposite to each other. A signal processing apparatus for generating a noise cancellation signal in accordance with a noise signal includes an inverting circuit and a selecting circuit. The inverting circuit is employed for inverting a first signal to generate an inverted first signal. Method and processing circuit for dealing with galois field computation

A multi-chip IC package encapsulates a chip under asymmetric longer single-side leads. The package mainly comprises a plurality of leads that have asymmetric length at two sides of a leadframe, a plurality of die-attach tape strips, a first chip having a plurality of single-side pads under the longer side leads, at least a second chip disposed above the longer side leads, a plurality of bonding wires and a molding compound. The die-attach tape strips are mutually parallel and adhered onto the lower surfaces of the longer side leads to adhere the first chip. There is at least a mold-flow channel formed through the first chip, the longer side leads and the die-attach tape strips. The bonding wires electrically connect the single-side pads of the first chip to the leads at the two sides of the leadframe through a non-central gap. The molding compound encapsulates the first chip, the second chip, the bonding wires and portions of the leads at the two sides of the leadframe and fills up the mold-flow channel. The mold-flow channel formed by means of the die-attach tape strips may increase the encapsulated area of the first chip by the molding compound to enhance product reliability of semiconductor package.
