A coating auxiliary device, for coating hollow workpieces, includes a loading tray, masking stoppers, and an ejecting plate. The loading tray includes a loading surface, a matching surface opposite to the loading surface, and engaging portions extending up from the loading surface. Each workpiece is engaged with an engaging portion. The loading device defines guiding holes. Each guiding hole passes through an engaging portion and the matching surface and is in communication with the respective workpiece. Each masking stopper is configured to be inserted into a respective workpiece to mask an interior of the respective workpiece. The ejecting plate includes an assembling surface and ejecting rods extending up from the assembling surface. Each ejecting rod is configured to be guided into a respective guiding hole from the matching surface to eject out a respective masking stopper.

Coating auxiliary device

An infrared absorbing filter includes a glass plate molded by melting a composition of raw materials and cooling the melted composition. The composition of raw materials includes 28-33 by percentage weight (wt %) of phosphorus pentoxide (PO), 14-33 wt % of A oxide (AO), 0.15-4 wt % of B oxide (BO), 2.5-8 wt % of copper oxide (CuO), 1.4-1.65 wt % of aluminum oxide (AlO). Wherein A is one of alkali metals, AO is one of oxidizing alkali metals, B is one of alkaline earth metals, BO is one of oxidizing alkaline earth metals.

A coating device includes two workspaces, two first slide rails, two second slide rails, two transporting loops, a number of rotating platforms, and a number of loading poles. The first slide rails are respectively fixed on the bottoms of the workspaces. The second slide rails are respectively fixed on the tops of the workspaces. The transporting loops are movably positioned on the first slide rails respectively. The rotating platforms are rotatably positioned on the transporting loops and capable of being driven by the transporting loops to rotate and slide along the first slide rails. The loading poles are positioned between the rotating platforms and the second slide rails, and are used for holding substrates. The loading poles are capable of being transported from one workspace to another workspace.

Coating device

A coating device includes a rotatable base, a board for holding workpieces, a positioning shaft positioned on the rotatable base, two eccentric wheels, a rack, and two reciprocating shafts. The two eccentric wheels are fixed on the positioning shaft and extend from the positioning shaft along two opposite directions. The two eccentric wheels are parallel to and spaced from each other. The rack is rotatably connected to the rotatable base. The rack is capable of rotating around the positioning shaft. Each reciprocating shaft is positioned on the rack. Each reciprocating shaft includes a hinge portion rotatably connected to an end of the board and a sliding portion slidably connected to the edge of a corresponding eccentric wheel. The two eccentric wheels are capable of driving the two reciprocating shafts to move alternately toward and away from the positioning shaft along radial directions of the positioning shaft.

A gas-inputting device for a vacuum sputtering apparatus includes at least one tapered tube. Each tapered tube includes a open end, a closed end, and a conical surface. The small end is configured for introducing gas into the tapered tube. The large end opposes to the open end. Each of the at least one tapered tube tapers from the closed end to the open end. The conical surface connects the open end to the closed end. A plurality of gas holes of a same size are defined in the conical surface and equidistantly arranged along the center axis of the tapered tube from the open end to the closed end.

An exemplary road traffic mirror includes a casing, a mirror, a monitor, a processor, and an indicating module. The mirror and the hollow casing define a chamber therein, and the mirror includes a transparent glass and a reflection film formed on the transparent glass, wherein the reflection film is a narrow band pass film. The monitor is configured to automatically monitor road conditions and generate corresponding road condition signals. The processor is configured to analyze the road condition signals, and to generate switching signals. The indicating module is received in the chamber and facing the mirror, wherein the indicating module is configured to be activated by the switching signal and emit corresponding light rays, the light rays of the indicating module passing through the reflection film and forming an indication sign on the outside of the road traffic mirror.

An exemplary lens module includes a barrel receiving a lens system therein, an infrared-cut filter, an infrared-pass filter, and a switching mechanism. The switching mechanism includes a connecting member interconnecting the infrared-cut filter and the infrared-pass filter, a first magnetic member fixed at the barrel, and a second magnetic member fixed at the connecting member. The first and second magnetic members are configured for driving the connecting member to move relative to the barrel so as to selectively bring either the infrared-cut filter or the infrared-pass filter into optical alignment with the lens system in the barrel.

A rolling machine includes a first clipping component, a second clipping component, a lifting component, and a holding assembly. The first clipping component has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The second clipping component has a third surface configured to contact the first surface and a fourth surface opposite to the third surface. The lifting component is connected to the first clipping component and configured to drive the first clipping component to move back and forth. The holding assembly has a first and second holders configured to be symmetrically positioned on both sides of the first clipping component.

An exemplary light emitting diode street lamp includes a light emitting diode array, a brightness sensor, a humidity sensor, and a controlling system. The brightness sensor senses the brightness of the environment. The humidity sensor senses the humidity of the environment. The controlling system is electrically connected to the light emitting diode array, the humidity sensor and the brightness sensor. Three ranges of humidity and three ranges of brightness are predefined in the controlling system. The controlling system controls the light emitting diode array to emit an amount of light according to a relationship between the sensed humidity value and the humidity ranges, and according to a relationship between the sensed brightness value and the brightness ranges.

A multilayer substrate includes a base layer, a coating layer and an intermediate layer positioned between the base layer and the coating layer. The intermediate layer contains chromium and nitrogen. A content of the chromium in the intermediate layer gradually decreases from the base layer to the coating layer.

A support device used in sputtering machine includes a chamber housing, a frame, at least one holding device, a first and second driving assemblies. The frame is rotatably mounted in the chamber housing. The holding device is rotatably mounted on the frame. The first driving assembly is received in the chamber housing and includes a first motor mounted on the chamber housing and a first shaft installed on the first motor. The first driving assembly is configured for driving the frame rotating in a plane by the first shaft. The second driving assembly is received in the chamber housing and includes a second motor mounted on the chamber housing and second shaft installed on the second motor. The second driving assembly is configured for driving the at least one holding device rotating in a plane perpendicular to the rotating plane of the frame.

An exemplary street lamp for being stalled on the ground includes a light source, a light pervious member and a direction indicator. The light pervious member includes a light incident surface and an opposite light emitting surface for facing the ground. The light source is arranged opposite to the light incident surface. The direction indicator is arranged on the light pervious member for projecting the shadow thereof on the ground to indication a direction at the geographic location of the street lamp.

A tail light for an automobile includes a plurality of first illuminating elements and a plurality of second illuminating elements. The first illuminating elements are arranged to form a logo pattern of the automobile, and each of the first and second illuminating elements are configured for providing an adjustable illuminating brightness. The tail light is capable of selectively operating between a braking state and a non-braking state. In the braking state, the illuminating brightness of the first illuminating elements is greater than that of the second illuminating elements. In the non-braking state, the illuminating brightness of the first illuminating elements is less than that of the second illuminating elements.

The present invention relates to an automatic illuminating apparatus for motor vehicles. The apparatus includes an illumination device for emitting light beams, comprising a first light emitting member for emitting light beams in daytime and a controlling device electrically connected with the illumination device. The controlling device includes a sensor for sensing whether the vehicle is in motion, a time recording module for recording current time, a memory for storing an illumination period of the first light emitting member, a processor for analyzing whether the current time is in the illumination period which is electrically connected with the time recording module, the memory and the processor, and a controlling module for controlling the first light emitting member emitting light beams based on an analyzed result from the processor.
