A method for determining a standard depth value of a marker includes obtaining a maximum depth value of the marker. A reference depth value of the marker is obtained based on a depth image of the marker, and a Z-axis coordinate value of the marker is obtained based on a color image of the marker. When the reference depth value and the Z-axis coordinate value are both less than the maximum depth value, and a difference between the reference depth value and the Z-axis coordinate value is not greater than 0, the depth reference value is set as the standard depth value of the marker; and when the difference is greater than 0, the Z-axis coordinate value is set as the standard depth value of the marker.

A wafer test system includes a probe apparatus, a data server, an automation subsystem, and a probe mark assessment subsystem. The probe apparatus includes a probe card, a tester, and a camera. The probe card includes probe pins for contacting test pads in the wafer, and the camera captures an image of the test pads. The automation subsystem obtains an image specification from the probe apparatus and triggers an automated assessment of a probe mark in the image of the test pads. Wafer test system and methods thereof

A digital printing ink including a moisture absorption agent, a surfactant, an antifreeze agent, and a balance of a solvent is provided. The moisture absorption agent includes a block copolyester-ether. The surfactant includes a acrylic block copolymer. The antifreeze agent includes glycol. The digital printing ink has a viscosity of 2 cps to 12 cps, a surface tension of 28 dyne/cm to 40 dyne/cm, and a pH value of 6 to 8. A content of the moisture absorption agent is 5 wt. % to 11 wt. %, a content of the surfactant is 3 wt. % to 10 wt. %, and a content of the antifreeze agent is 3 wt. % to 5 wt. %, based on the total weight of the digital printing ink.
