An antenna device includes first to third antenna units and a feed-in line. An angle between the second antenna unit and the first antenna unit is substantially equal to 90 degrees. An angle between the third antenna unit and the first antenna unit is substantially equal to 90 degrees. The feed-in line crosses over each of the first to third antenna units in a view, and is configured to turn on and turn off each of the first to third antenna units. The first antenna unit and the second antenna unit are configured to generate a first polarized signal, the third antenna unit and the second antenna unit are configured to generate a second polarized signal, and the first polarized signal and the second polarized signal have different polarizations.

Antenna device and method of manufacturing thereof

An antenna device includes a first antenna unit, a second antenna unit and a third antenna unit. An angle between the second antenna unit and the first antenna unit is substantially equal to 90 degrees. An angle between the third antenna unit and the first antenna unit is substantially equal to 90 degrees. The first antenna unit and the second antenna unit are configured to generate a signal having a first polarization when the third antenna unit is turned off. The third antenna unit and the second antenna unit are configured to generate a signal having a second polarization different from the first polarization when the third antenna unit is turned off. A method of generating polarized signals is also disclosed herein.

Antenna device and method of generating polarized signals

An active phased array, including multiple antennas, multiple phase shifters, and multiple filters, is provided. The phase shifters are individually coupled to a corresponding one of the antennas. The filters are commonly coupled to a signal feeding line and individually coupled to a corresponding one of the phase shifters. Each filter includes a filter capacitor and a filter resistor. The filter capacitor is coupled between a first node and a second node and has a capacitance. The filter resistor is coupled between the second node and a third node and has a resistance. The first node is coupled to one of the signal feeding line, the second node is coupled to a corresponding one of the phase shifters, the third node is coupled to the ground, and at least one of the capacitance and the resistance is adjustable.

Active phased array

An optical sensing circuit including a capacitor, a light sensing unit, a compensation unit, and a switching element is provided. The light sensing unit, the compensation unit, and the switching element are electrically connected to the capacitor. The light sensing unit senses the light of a first color. The compensation unit senses the light of a second color complementary to the first color. When a light illuminates the light sensing unit and the compensation unit, a first light component of the light corresponding to the first color causes the light sensing unit to generate a first current, and a second light component of the light corresponding to the second color causes the compensation unit to generate a second current, which reduces the amount of the charging or the discharging current when the first current charges or discharges the capacitor whose voltage is read as information for determining light color.

Optical sensing circuit, optical sensing circuit array, and method for determining light color by using the same

An optical sensing circuit includes a first, a second, and a third optical sensing element and a sampling circuit. The first sensing element provides a first current from a first node to a second node according to an ambient light and a sensing signal. The second optical sensing element drains a second current from the second node to the first node according to the ambient light and the sensing signal. The third optical sensing element is coupled between the first node and the second node. The third optical sensing element receives a first color light, and transmits the first current to the second node or transmits the second current to the first node according to the first color light. The sampling circuit is turned on according to the sampling signal to output a detection signal based on the voltage level of the second node.

Optical sensing circuit, display panel and display sensing panel

A display panel including data lines, scan lines, pixel structures, power lines and a fixing layer is provided. The pixel structure includes a first transistor, a second transistor and a light emitting diode device. The first transistor is electrically coupled to a corresponding scan line, a corresponding data line and the second transistor. A first end of the light emitting diode device is electrically coupled to the second transistor. The power lines are electrically coupled to the second transistor of at least one of the pixel structures and a second end of the light emitting diode device of at least one of the pixel structures. The fixing layer is disposed on at least one of the power lines. The light emitting diode device of at least one of the pixel structures is disposed on the fixing layer and overlapped with the at least one of the power lines.

Display panel

A pixel circuit and a driving method thereof are provided. The pixel circuit includes first to second pixel electrodes, first to third liquid crystal capacitors, a first storage capacitor and first to third switches. The first liquid crystal capacitor and the first storage capacitor locate between the first pixel electrode and a first common voltage. The second liquid crystal capacitor locates between the first and the second pixel electrodes. The third liquid crystal capacitor locates between the second pixel electrode and the first common voltage. The first switch has ends for receiving a data voltage and a scan signal and coupled to the first pixel electrode. The second switch has ends for receiving a second common voltage and a reset signal and coupled to the first pixel electrode. The third switch has ends for receiving a reset voltage and the reset signal and coupled to the second pixel electrode.

Pixel circuit and driving method thereof

A display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, pixel structures, a sensing structure, a display medium layer, a first control structure, a second control structure, and color filter patterns. The sensing structure includes a first photosensor and a second photosensor. The display medium layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate includes a first modulation portion overlapping a first sensing active device of the first photosensor and a second modulation portion overlapping a second sensing active device of the second photosensor. The first control structure is disposed between the first substrate and the display medium layer. The second control structure is disposed between the second substrate and the display medium layer. The first sensing active device and the second sensing active device respectively overlap a first color filter pattern and a second color filter pattern among the color filter patterns.

A pixel driving circuit includes a first capacitor, a data input unit, a liquid crystal capacitor, a control unit and a driving unit. The first capacitor has a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the first terminal is configured for receiving a first reference voltage. The data input unit is configured for inputting a data signal to the second terminal of the first capacitor according to a first scanning signal. The liquid crystal capacitor has a first terminal and a second terminal. The first terminal receives a first operating signal. The control unit is configured to control a voltage of the second terminal of the liquid crystal capacitor according to a second scanning signal. The driving unit is configured to control the voltage of the second terminal of the liquid crystal capacitor in response to the data input unit is disabled by the first scanning signal.

Pixel driving circuit and driving method thereof

A display apparatus includes a display panel, a light guide plate, at least one light source and at least one reflective body. The light guide plate is disposed below the display panel. The light guide plate has a light-incident surface, a light-emitting surface, a rear surface, a plurality of concave microstructures and a plurality of reflective bodies. The rear surface is located farther away from the display panel than the light-emitting surface is. The light-incident surface is connected to the light-emitting surface and the rear surface. The concave microstructures are located on the rear surface. The reflective bodies are respectively located in the concave microstructures. The light source is disposed opposite to the light-incident surface.

Display apparatus

A display panel including a plurality of unit regions is provided. The unit regions are arranged along a first direction and a second direction to form a plurality of columns and a plurality of rows. Each of the unit regions of the display panel includes a plurality of first color sub-pixels, a plurality of second color sub-pixels, and a plurality of third color sub-pixels. In any of the rows, a first pitch between any one of the first color sub-pixels and a next of the first color sub-pixels has at least four kinds of distances.
