Disclosed are a visible light communication system and a visible light communication method. In this system, a signal transmitter sends a visible light signal, and a signal light receiver capture an image of the visible light signal to recover the visible light signal according to the captured image. The signal receiver includes an image capturing module, an image processing module and a signal recovery module. The method includes: capturing an image of a visible light signal; processing the captured image of the visible light signal; determining whether there is a complete packet according to the processed image; if yes, directly recovering the visible light signal according to the processed image; but if no, executing a packet recovery process according to the processed image of the visible light signal, then obtaining the complete packet and recovering the visible light signal transmitted from the signal transmitter.

Visible light communication system and method

A pixel array substrate including a substrate having at least one via, at least one conductor disposed in the at least one via, pixel units, scan lines electrically connected to the pixel units, at least one shift register and at least one bus line is provided. The pixel units, the scan lines and the at least one shift register are disposed on a first surface of the substrate. The at least one shift register is used to transmit a first gate signal to the corresponding scan lines. The at least one bus line is disposed on a second surface of the substrate. The at least one bus line is electrically connected to the at least one shift register by the at least one conductor.

Pixel array substrate

A display includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a backlight source, a driving integrated circuit and a conductive portion. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The backlight source is disposed at a first side of the second substrate. The driving integrated circuit is disposed at a second side, opposite to the first side, of the second substrate. The conductive portion is electrically coupled to the driving integrated circuit and passes through the second substrate to be electrically coupled to the backlight source. Furthermore, a display manufacturing method thereof is also disclosed here.

Display device and manufacturing method thereof

A display device includes a plurality of pixel units. Each of the pixel units at least includes three sub-pixels for displaying different colors. The three sub-pixels are electrically connected to three different gate lines, and at least two of the three sub-pixels are electrically connected to the same data line.

Display panel having a pixel unit in which the number of data lines electrically connected to the sub-pixels is less than the number of gate lines electrically connected to the sub-pixels

A two-dimension (2D) and three-dimension (3D) switchable display device and display driving method thereof are provided. Each pixel unit of the 2D and 3D switchable display device includes a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel and a third sub-pixel. The first sub-pixel, driven by a first gate line, has a first sub-pixel voltage, and the third sub-pixel, driven by a second gate line, has a third sub-pixel voltage different from the first sub-pixel voltage. The charge of the second sub-pixel is shared by a first gate line of an adjacent pixel unit, and the second sub-pixel has a second sub-pixel voltage different from the first sub-pixel voltage and the third sub-pixel voltage. The first sub-pixel, the second sub-pixel and the third sub-pixel of the pixel unit can be driven in a pre-charge driving manner.

Display panel with fewer data lines

An array substrate of a display panel is provided with a new layout design. The array substrate includes a plurality of sub-pixel groups, a plurality of switching devices, a pair of first data lines, and a plurality of scan lines. Each of the sub-pixel group comprises a first sub-pixel group and a second sub-pixel group. Each of the first sub-pixel group and the second sub-pixel group comprises a first, a second, a third sub-pixel, and is disposed in a first column. The first, the second, and the third sub-pixels are having different voltages while the array substrate of a display panel is displaying in a two-dimensional (2D) mode.
