A curved shell, configured to receive a projection light beam provided by a projection device, and including a curved main body, a microstructure layer and multiple light-resistant layers is provided. The curved main body has an inner surface and an outer surface opposite to each other, and the outer surface has different curvatures. The microstructure layer is disposed on the outer surface and includes multiple first inclined surfaces and multiple second inclined surfaces distributed in alternation, and any two adjacent ones of the first inclined surfaces and the second inclined surfaces have an included angle. The light-resistant layers are disposed on the first inclined surfaces, wherein the light-resistant layers reflect or absorb ambient light beams from the outside of the curved main body, and the inner surface receives the projection light beam, and the projection light beam passes through the second inclined surfaces to form a projection image.

Curved shell and manufacturing method thereof

A feature surface projection system includes a projector, a camera, and a controller. The projector projects a structured light and an image beam to a feature surface at different times. The structured light forms a structured light pattern on the feature surface, and the image beam forms an image on the feature surface. The camera photographs the structured light pattern and the image at different times. The controller is electrically connected to the projector and the camera, calculates a position of a feature point of the feature surface, and determines a difference between a position of a feature point of the image and the position of the feature point of the feature surface to determine whether to adjust the image beam. A projection method for a feature surface is also provided. The feature surface projection system provides an automatic alignment function between a projected content and the feature surface.

A projection apparatus including a housing and a first projection module is provided. The housing includes a curved projection area and an opening, wherein the curved projection area includes an inner surface and an outer surface opposite to each other. The first projection module is detachably disposed in the housing through the opening and corresponds to the curved projection area, wherein the first projection module projects an image onto the inner surface of the curved projection area, such that the outer surface of the curved projection area displays the projected image. The projection apparatus provided by the invention has the curved projection area to dynamically display a stereo image.

Projection apparatus

A projection device, includes a housing including an opening, a projection lens disposed in the housing, a lens cover module including a lens cover, and a Hall switch including a Hall sensor and a magnet. The lens cover shields the opening when the lens cover is in the closed position, and the housing exposes the opening and exposes the projection lens when the lens cover is in the open position. The Hall sensor is disposed on one of the housing and the lens cover, and the magnet is disposed on the other one of the lens cover and the housing corresponding to the Hall sensor. The Hall switch generates a first control signal when the lens cover is moved from the closed position to the open position. The Hall switch generates a second control signal when the lens cover is moved from the open position to the closed position.

Projection device

The invention provides a projector which is characterized by including a housing, a control module and a sensor. The housing is provided with a mounting structure and at least one air flowing hole. The mounting structure is located inside the housing, and the air flowing hole communicates with external environment and an interior of the housing. The control module is disposed inside the housing. The sensor is arranged on the mounting structure and aligns to the air flowing hole. The sensor is electrically connected with the control module, and the sensor receives a remote control optical signal from the external environment to generate an electrical signal and the sensor transmits the electrical signal to the control module. In this way, the manufacturing process of the projector is simplified and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

Projector

A projector including an outer casing, a projection lens and a flexible sealing element is provided. The casing has a first opening. The projection lens is disposed in the casing and has a focusing portion, where the focusing portion is aligned to the first opening. The flexible sealing element is connected to a periphery of the first opening to seal the first opening. The focusing portion is connected to the flexible sealing element. When an external force is exerted to the flexible sealing element, the flexible sealing element is deformed and drives the focusing portion to move, so as to focus the projection lens.

A projection apparatus includes a light source, a light valve, and a lens module. The light source provides a light beam. The light valve converts the light beam into an image beam. The lens module converts the image beam into a projecting beam and includes a lens and a locking structure. The locking structure is connected to the lens and includes a first plate, a second plate, a moving element, and a first pushing element. The second plate is disposed between the first plate and the lens and firmly fixed to the lens. A groove is formed between the first plate and the second plate, and the groove has withstanding holes arranged along a first direction. The moving element is disposed between the first plate and the second plate. The first pushing element is disposed between the moving element and the second plate.

Projection apparatus, lens module, and locking structure

A projection apparatus with locking structure includes an apparatus case including a main casing, a lid and at least one locking structure at the main casing and the lid, a light source, a light valve and a lens. The structure includes a slot having two opposite ends at the casing, at-least one elastic arm in the slot and at-least one positioning pillar at the lid. When the lid covers the main casing and the pillar extends into the first end, by rotating the lid relatively to the main casing, the pillar moves along the slot to the second end; when the pillar is at the second end, the elastic arm limits the pillar at the second end. The light source is for providing an illumination beam. The light valve and lens are for respectively converting the illumination beam into an image beam and the image beam into a projection beam.

Projection apparatus with locking structure

A power bank assembly includes a housing, a power bank casing, a clasp structure, and a fastening structure. The clasp structure is correspondingly formed on a first end of the housing and a first end of the power bank casing to enable the first end of the housing to engage with the first end of the power bank casing, and the clasp structure also allows the housing to rotate relative to the power bank casing and about the first end of the housing serving as a pivot. The fastening structure is correspondingly formed on the second end of the housing and the second end of the power bank casing, and the fastening structure secures the housing to the power bank casing when the second end of the housing touches the second end of the power bank casing.

A projector includes a casing, a light source disposed in the casing and capable of providing an illumination beam, a light valve disposed in the casing and capable of converting the illumination beam into an image beam, a lens disposed in the casing and adapted to project the image beam, and the lens collar module. The lens collar module includes a fitting part and a lens collar. The fitting part is formed on the casing, and has a fitting opening and a first bump. The lens collar has a fitting periphery and a second bump. The fitting periphery is fitted to the fitting opening, the lens collar is adapted to be rotated and translated relative to the casing along an axial direction. Engagement of the first bump and the second bump limits rotation and translation of the lens collar relative to the casing along the axial direction.

A turning mechanism is adapted to a projector including a base and a zoom lens set in a base for turning a zoom bar of the zoom lens. The turning mechanism includes a fixed element and a movable element. The fixed element is suitable to be fastened to the base and has a pair of slide tracks. The movable element has a pair of slide edges, a pair of slide hooks, and a turn portion. The slide hooks lock the slide tracks respectively, and the slide edges are supported by the slide tracks respectively. Therefore, the movable element substantially slides around a light axis of the zoom lens relative to the fixed element, so as to move the turn portion to turn the zoom bar.
