A motor driving circuit includes a Hall sensor, an offset detecting circuit, a driving circuit and a back EMF zero point detector. The Hall sensor generates a Hall signal group, the offset detecting circuit detects the first phase changing point of the Hall signal group, and the driving circuit generates the initial phase changing signal in the pre-operation mode according to the Hall signal group. In the correction mode, the driving circuit stops outputting the initial phase changing signal, the back EMF zero detector detects the back EMF zero point, and outputs the back EMF zero point signal. The offset detecting circuit detects a phase difference between the first phase changing point and back EMF zero point, and determines a difference value between the phase difference and a predetermined phase difference. Then, the phase of the Hall signal group is adjusted according to the difference value.

Motor driving circuit and method thereof

A motor driving circuit includes a Hall sensor, a driving circuit, a phase adjuster, and a phase current zero point detector. The Hall sensor detects the rotor position of the motor and generates the Hall signal group. The driving circuit generates the initial phase changing signal according to the Hall signal group. The phase current zero point detector receives and detects the phase current zero point of the phase current signal group, and generates and outputs the phase current zero point signal. The phase adjuster determines a phase difference between the phase current zero point and the intermediate point between the first phase changing point and the second phase changing point, and adjusts the initial phase changing signal according to the phase difference to generate and output the adjusted phase changing signal to drive the motor.

A fan control circuit for controlling a fan includes a processing module, a driving module and a speed compensation module. The driving module is electrically connected to the processing module, and generates at least one driving signal to drive the fan. The speed compensation module is electrically connected to the processing module, and receives a first voltage. The first voltage is variable. The speed compensation module generates and transmits a speed-compensation parameter to the processing module according to the first voltage and a first waveform, and the processing module adjusts the driving signal according to the speed-compensation parameter.

The present disclosure provides a DC motor control method comprising comparing a first periodic signal and a second periodic signal for generating a control signal, wherein the frequency of the first periodic signal is lower than the frequency of the second periodic signal; configuring the amplitudes of the first periodic signal and the second periodic signal according to the needed speed of the DC motor, wherein increasing the ratio of the amplitude of the first periodic signal to the amplitude of the second periodic signal when the needed speed of the DC motor is increased, and decreasing the ratio of the amplitude of the first periodic signal to the amplitude of the second periodic signal when the needed speed of the DC motor is decreased.

A signal-phase DC motor control circuit is disclosed. The signal-phase DC motor control circuit includes a logic circuit, a switching circuit and a driving circuit. The logic circuit transmits a first logic signal, a second logic signal, a third logic signal and a forth logic signal. The switching circuit transmits a first direction driving signal according to a PWM signal and the first logic signal, and transmits a second direction driving signal according to the PWM signal and the second logic signal. The driving circuit transmits a first output signal according to the first direction driving signal and the fourth logic signal, and transmits a second output signal according to the second direction driving signal and the third logic signal. The first output signal and the second output signal are positive half-wave sinusoidal wave, and the phase difference between the first output signal and the second output signal is 180 degrees.

A rotation speed control circuit is disclosed. The rotation speed control circuit includes a temperature-controlled voltage duty generator, a pulse-width signal duty generator, a multiplier and a rotation speed signal generator. The temperature-controlled voltage duty generator converts temperature-controlled voltage to digital temperature-controlled voltage and executes linear interpolation operation according to a first setting data so as to output temperature-controlled voltage duty signal. The pulse-width signal duty generator coverts pulse-width input signal to a digital pulse-width input signal and executes linear interpolation operation according to a second setting data so as to output a pulse-width duty signal.
