A key switch structure and an assembling method thereof are provided. The key switch structure includes a bottom plate, a keycap, a supporting assembly, first connectors, and second connectors. The keycap is disposed on the bottom plate. The supporting assembly is disposed between the bottom plate and the keycap. The first connectors disposed on the bottom plate are integrally formed and directly bonded to the upper surface of the bottom plate, wherein the first connectors and the bottom plate are made of different materials. The second connectors are disposed on the keycap. The supporting assembly is connected to the bottom plate and the keycap through the first connectors and the second connectors.

Key switch structure and assembling method thereof

An illuminated film-covered keyboard includes: a backlit keyboard module which includes a plurality of keys that are light-permeable, and at least one backlight source; a frame body disposed on the backlit keyboard module, the frame body including a key area, wherein the top surface of each of the plurality of keys is exposed at the key area; and a cover film disposed at the key area and on top of the top surface of each of the plurality of keys, wherein the cover film includes a light-permeable film, a base color layer, a light-shielding layer that is opaque, and a protection layer disposed on a side of the light-shielding layer opposing the base color layer, and wherein the portions of the light-shielding layer that respectively correspond to each of the plurality of keys are removed so as to form a plurality of light-transparent patterns.

Illuminated film-covered keyboard

A keyswitch assembly is provided. The keyswitch assembly includes a keyswitch module having a key cap, a light guiding member disposed above an outer surface of the key cap and a light source module disposed corresponding to the light guiding member. The light guiding member has a first surface adjacent to the key cap and a second surface facing away from the key cap and opposite the first surface. The light source module provides a light beam incident to the light guiding member. In the invention, the illumination effect of the keyswitch assembly is improved and the power consumption of the keyswitch assembly is reduced by way of disposing the light guiding member of the keyswitch assembly above the outer surface of the key cap.

Disclosed is a key supporting structure. The key supporting structure includes a scissor-type component having a first supporting element and a second supporting element that are pivotally connected to each other. The first supporting element has a first frame, and two end of the first frame have at least one first pivot and at least one second pivot respectively. The second supporting element has a second frame, and two end of the second frame have at least one third pivot and at least one fourth pivot respectively. The first frame and the second frame are made from a powder sintered material. The first pivot, the second pivot, the third pivot, and the fourth pivot are formed on the first frame and the second frame by plastic injection molding method.
