In a method of producing a glass substrate including a laminate preparing step of laminating a glass filmhaving flexibility and a support glasssupporting the same, to prepare a laminate; a process step of forming an organic EL deviceon the glass filmin the laminate, involving heating; and a peeling step of peeling off the glass filmon which the organic EL deviceis formed from the support glassto obtain a glass substrate, a heating step of heating the glass filmand the support glassis executed before execution of the laminate preparing step, and the glass filmand the support glassare laminated in the condition that they are heated at the time of execution of the laminate preparing step.

Method for producing glass substrate

A laminated substrate separating device used for separating a first substrate from a second substrate of a laminated substrate is provided. The first and the second substrates are misaligned at an edge of the laminated substrate. The laminated substrate separating device includes a base where the laminated substrate is disposed thereon, and a separating tool movably disposed on the base along an axis. The separating tool presses a portion of the first substrate being exposed out of the second substrate at a misaligned edge such that a gap is formed between the first and the second substrates. The separating tool inserts into the gap at the misaligned edge to press the first substrate, such that the second substrate is separated from the first substrate. A method for separating laminated substrate is also provided.

A touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof and a touch display panel are provided. The touch panel includes a substrate, at least one first conductive line, an insulating layer, and at least one second conductive line. The substrate has a sensing region and a periphery region. The first conductive line is disposed on the periphery region. The insulating layer is disposed on the periphery region and covers the first conductive line. The second conductive line is disposed on the periphery region. The first conductive line and the second conductive line are electrically insulated to each other. A portion of at least one second conductive line is disposed on the insulating layer located above the first conductive line.

Touch panel and manufacturing method thereof and touch display panel

An interleaving element is adapted to interleave a roll of glass substrate. The glass substrate includes at least one active area, a plurality of spacing zones and two edge zones. The plurality of spacing zones and the edge zones define the active area. The interleaving element includes two elongated side elements and a plurality of bridging elements. The elongated side elements correspond to the two edge zones. Each of the plurality of bridging elements is connected with the elongated side elements. The plurality of bridging elements corresponds to the spacing zones.

Interleaving element for a roll of glass substrate

A laser patterning touch panel includes an active area, an inactive area, and a plurality of first coaxial patterns. The active area is disposed in a center area of the substrate. The inactive area does not overlap the active area and has a transparent conductive layer thereon. The plurality of first coaxial patterns are disposed on the transparent conductive layer and surround the active area. Each of the plurality of first coaxial patterns includes a continuous line segment with a width, and partially overlaps with a neighboring one of the first coaxial patterns.
