A method for producing polyphenylene ether amine includes following steps. In step (a), a hydrogenation reaction tank is provided; a guided gas stirrer is disposed in the hydrogenation reaction tank. In step (b), a reaction solution is placed in the hydrogenation reaction tank, and the reaction solution is nitro polyphenylene ether dissolved in a solvent. In step (c), a hydrogenation catalyst is added to the reaction solution. In step (d), a hydrogen gas is introduced into the hydrogenation reaction tank. In step (e), the guided gas stirrer is activated. In step (f), a hydrogenation reaction is carried out on the conditions that a reaction temperature is 50-200 degrees Celsius and a reaction time is 1-20 hours, so as to hydrogenate the nitro polyphenylene ether in the reaction solution to polyphenylene ether amine. In step (g), the reaction solution is cooled down to a room temperature; the hydrogenation catalyst is removed.

Method for producing polyphenylene ether amine

A hydrogenation method for increasing the yield of cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylic acid diisooctyl ester is provided. The hydrogenation method uses a hydrogenating reaction tank, which is equipped with a hollow-shaft gas-introducing mixer having air-extracting, air-exhausting and mixing functions, to allow hydrogen gas to be uniformly dispersed in a reaction solution. A ruthenium-on-alumina (Ru/AlO) hydrogenation catalyst can be used for carrying out a hydrogenation reaction under gentle conditions. Therefore, the hydrogenation catalyst can be used in a reduced amount, the risk of side reaction(s) can be reduced, and the yield of cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylic acid diisooctyl ester can reach at least 99% with a cis isomer proportion of at least 85.0%. The hydrogenation method shows extremely high economic benefit.

A hydrogenation method for preparing HBPA includes placing a BPA reaction liquid into a hydrogenation vessel with a hollow-shaft stirrer installed inside; starting the hollow-shaft stirrer to stir the BPA reaction liquid and simultaneously allowing hydrogen gas evenly distributed over and contact well with the BPA reaction liquid; in the presence of a single-metallic Ru/Al2O3 hydrogenation catalyst to proceed with a catalytic hydrogenation at low temperature and low pressure to produce HBPA, the HBPA has a yield of 99.7% or more, and particularly having a trans/trans isomer ratio above 63%.

Hydrogenation method for preparing hydrogenated bisphenol-A having a higher trans/trans isomer ratio

A method for preparing 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol is provided. The method allows hydrogen gas fed into a reaction tank to be uniformly dispersed in a reaction solution by a gas-introducing mixer having air-extracting, air-exhausting and mixing functions. Accordingly, the reaction solution has a high concentration of dissolved hydrogen gas so that the reaction time of hydrogenation can be reduced to as short as possible. Furthermore, the method uses a hydrogenation catalyst having many advantages such as high activity and low cost. The added amount of the hydrogenation catalyst can be reduced under the operation of the gas-introducing mixer.

Method for preparing 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol

A process for producing 2-ethylhexanal involves performing reaction using a reaction tank equipped with a gas-introducing mixer having extracting, exhausting, and stirring functions in the presence of a palladium on carbon catalyst having a carbon carrier with lower impurity content and higher specific surface area for hydrogenation, and introducing hydrogen gas evenly into reaction liquid; resulted in that the process minimizes operational pressure for hydrogenation and increases a yield of 2-ethylhexanal at least up to 98.0%.

A method for crystallizing succinic acid includes agitating a succinic acid reaction solution with a jet-flow agitator that is rotated at low speed and has a low volume power density; compared with the conventional agitators, the jet-flow agitator helps increase the uniformity of succinic acid particles, shorten the time required for crystallizing succinic acid, and raise the yield of the crystallized succinic acid as well as purity of crystallized succinic acid having a purity of 99.8-99.9%.

A hydrogenation process for hydrogenating bisphenol-A-based epoxy resin under low-temperature, low-pressure conditions includes using a hydrogenation reactor that has a gas-distributing agitator functional to introduce and exhaust hydrogen gas and stir liquid reactant, so that hydrogen gas introduced into the hydrogenation reactor can be evenly distributed into a liquid reactant placed into the hydrogenation reactor to make the liquid reactant contain a high level of dissolved hydrogen, which not only enhances activity of an involved hydrogenation catalyst and accelerates hydrogenation reaction, but also allows hydrogenation reaction to be performed in a low-temperature, low-pressure environment. The hydrogenation process improve yield of the hydrogenated bisphenol-A-based epoxy resin to 99.0-99.9%, while significantly reducing building and maintaining costs for the hydrogenation reactor, thus being an economic process.
