An image displaying method includes the following steps. A first depth setting command is received from a first viewer who observes a first disparity between two images through two view angles in front of a stereoscopic display having N view angles. A second depth setting command is received from a second viewer who observes a second disparity between two images through another two view angles. The stereoscopic display is configured to adjust at least one image among its N view angles, thereby making the first disparity different from the second disparity.

Image displaying method

A display method includes the following steps: generating a first depth map and an edge map according to a color image; determining a first depth value of a first pixel and a second depth value of a second pixel of an edge region of the first depth map according to the edge map, in which the first pixel and the second pixel are arranged in a horizontal direction; adjusting N depth values of N pixels adjacent to the edge region of the first depth map according to a zero parallax setting reference level to generate a second depth map, where N is a positive integer, and the N pixels include at least one of the first pixel and the second pixel; and generating multiple-view images according to the second depth map and the color image to display a 3D image.

Three-dimensional image display system and display method

A three-dimensional image adjustment method includes: displaying a three-dimensional image, which is composed by a first to Nth two-dimensional images with respective different viewing angles and formed by projecting the N two-dimensional images through a first to Nth viewing angles of a three-dimensional display apparatus, respectively, and the Dth to Dth of the N viewing angles are defined to a normal-viewing zone; and shifting the N two-dimensional images in first or second direction according to positions of first and second viewers, the Dth and Dth viewing angles, and projecting the N two-dimensional images through the first to Nth viewing angles, respectively, when the first and second viewers are located at the Lth and Lth of the N viewing angles, respectively, wherein at least one of the Lth and Lth viewing angle is located out of the normal-viewing zone. A three-dimensional display apparatus is also provided.
