An optical mechanism is provided, including a housing, a base, and a metal supporting member. The housing has a top cover and a sidewall connected to the top cover, wherein the top cover and the sidewall comprises plastic material. The base is connected to the housing, wherein an optical element is accommodated in a space between the housing and the base. At least a part of the metal supporting member is embedded in the housing.

Optical mechanism

An optical system includes a fixed module, a movable module and a driving assembly. The movable module moves relative to the fixed module, and the movable module includes a lens unit which includes a first lens, a second lens, a first side wall and a second side wall. The first side wall has a first surface, which directly contacts the second lens, and the second side wall directly contacts the first lens. A portion of the driving assembly is directly disposed on the lens unit, configured to drive the lens unit to move along an optical axis of the first lens. The first side wall further has a second surface opposite to the first surface, and the second surface directly contacts the portion of the driving assembly. The thickness of the first side wall is different from the thickness of the second side wall.

Optical system

An optical element driving module is provided, including a movable portion, a fixed portion, and a driving assembly. The movable portion is used for connecting an optical element. The fixed portion is movably connected to the movable portion, wherein the fixed portion includes a base and a casing. The casing is arranged with the base along a main axis, the casing includes a top wall and a side wall extended from edges of the top wall along the main axis, and the top wall includes a first surface facing the movable portion, a second surface and a third surface facing away from the first surface. The driving assembly is used for moving the movable portion relative to the fixed portion, a minimum distance between the first surface and the second surface is different from a minimum distance between the second surface and the third surface.

Lens driving module with casing having plastic material and assembly method thereof

A driving mechanism for moving an optical element is provided, including a movable portion, a fixed portion, a driving assembly, and a first resilient element. The movable portion is for connecting the optical element. The movable portion is movable relative to the fixed portion. The driving assembly drives the movable portion to move relative to the fixed portion. The first resilient element has a board structure. The movable portion is movably connected to the fixed portion via the first resilient element. The fixed portion includes a connection surface, a restricting surface, and a recessed portion. At least a portion of the first resilient element is disposed on the connection surface. The restricting surface contacts and restricts the movable portion. The recessed portion is located between the connection surface and the restricting surface, wherein the recessed portion is lower than the connection surface and the restricting surface.

Driving mechanism

A driving mechanism for supporting an optical member is provided, including a base, a frame, a movable portion, a driving module, and an adhesive member. The base includes a plurality of first sidewalls, and at least one recess is formed on the first sidewalls. The frame includes a plurality of second sidewalls, and at least one opening is formed on the second sidewalls. The base and the frame form a hollow box, and the opening corresponds to the recess. The movable portion and the driving module are disposed in the hollow box. The driving module can drive the movable portion to move relative to the base. The adhesive member is accommodated in the opening and the recess, and extended along the first sidewalls. The adhesive member is disposed between the first sidewalls and the second sidewalls.

A driving mechanism for driving an optical element is provided, including a housing, a holder movably disposed in the housing for receiving the optical element, a driving assembly, and a base. The housing has plastic material and a first joining structure. The driving assembly is disposed in the housing for driving the holder and the optical element to move relative to the housing. The base has a second joining structure. The first and second joining structures extend along the optical axis of the optical element, wherein the second joining structure forms a connection surface facing the optical axis and connected to the first joining structure.

A driving mechanism for moving an optical element is provided, including a housing, a frame, a holder, and a driving assembly. The frame is fixed to the housing and forms a depressed surface adjacent to the housing. Specifically, the depressed surface faces the housing and is not in contact with the housing. The holder is movably disposed in the housing for holding the optical element. The drive assembly is disposed in the housing to drive the holder and the optical element to move relative to the frame.

A driving mechanism is provided, including a case, a holder and a driving module. The holder is disposed in the case for holding an optical member. The driving module is disposed in the case for driving the holder. The case is substantially quadrilateral and includes a first side and a second side. The driving module includes a first magnetic driving component winding on a periphery of the holder. The first magnetic driving component includes a first segment and a second segment that are respectively substantially parallel to the first side and the second side. The distance between the first segment and the first side is different from the distance between the second segment and the second side.

Driving unit for a camera lens

A lens driving mechanism is provided for moving a lens unit along a light axis, including a frame, a base, a lens holder, and a driving assembly. The frame has plastic material and forms an opening. The base is in contact with and fixed to the frame, wherein a space is formed between the base and the frame. The lens holder is movably disposed in the space for holding the lens unit, wherein an external light enters the space through the opening to the lens unit. The driving assembly is disposed in the space and is connected to the lens holder and the frame, to impel the lens unit to move along the light axis.

Lens driving mechanism and electronic device having the same

A driving mechanism is provided, including a housing, a hollow frame, a holder, and a driving assembly. The frame is fixed to the housing and has a stop surface. The holder is movably disposed in the housing for holding the optical element. The driving assembly is disposed in the housing to drive the holder and the optical element moving along the optical axis of the optical element relative to the frame. Specifically, the stop surface is parallel to the optical axis to contact the holder and restrict the holder in a limit position.
