A memory device includes a memory array, a first reference unit, a second reference unit, and a control unit. The memory array includes a plurality of memory cells. The first reference unit provides a first reference current. The second reference unit provides a second reference current, wherein a current value of the first reference current is less than a current value of the second reference current. In a data-writing operation, the control unit provides a first current to a memory cell, reads a second current generated by the memory cell in response to the first current, and selects to compare the second current with the first reference current or to compare the second current with the second reference current according to a data-writing state of the memory cell, so as to determine whether a data writing of the data writing state is successful.

Memory device and operation method thereof

An RRAM circuit includes a first RRAM cell, a second RRAM cell, a first transistor, and a second transistor. The first RRAM cell is coupled between a first bit line and a first node. The second RRAM cell is coupled between a second bit line and the first node. The first transistor includes a first gate terminal, a first drain terminal, and a first source terminal. The first gate terminal is coupled to a first word line, the first drain terminal is coupled to the first node, and the first source terminal is coupled to a first source line. The second gate terminal is coupled to the first word line, the second drain terminal is coupled to the first node, and the second source terminal is coupled to a second source line.

Acoustic power generator and method for manufacturing the same

An automatic waxing apparatus and a method thereof are provided. The automatic waxing apparatus includes a movable door-shaped module, at least a waxing module and a controlling module. The movable door-shaped module includes a door-shaped structure capable of moving with respect to the vehicle. The waxing module disposed on the door-shaped structure includes a wax-supplying unit and a wax-polishing unit. The controlling module is coupled to the door-shaped structure, the wax-supplying unit and the wax-polishing unit. The controlling module, according to the information of the vehicle, determines a moving path of the door-shaped structure, a waxing path of the wax-supplying unit, and a polishing path of the wax-polishing unit with respect to the vehicle.
