A heat dissipating device is provided for reducing the high production costs of conventional heat dissipating devices. The heat dissipating device is mounted on a heat generating object and includes a heat conductive base having a plurality of insertion holes. At least one heat generating region is formed in a contact area between the heat conductive base and a heat source of the heat generating object. A plurality of heat dissipating columns is disposed in the at least one heat generating region and is respectively inserted into and positioned in the plurality of insertion holes. Each heat dissipating column includes a heat conductive silicone layer disposed on an outer periphery thereof.

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for advanced high-strength steel (AHSS) wheel, comprising the following steps. Take an AHSS with at least 590 MPa of tensile strength for rolling to circular ring of a rim. Apply low heat input welding, such as the cold metal transfer (CMT) welding or the gas tungsten arc welding/tungsten inert gas arc welding (GTAW/TIG), at the junction of the rim to form a hollow cylindrical rim. Then perform hole expanding and spinning/roll forming operations to the rim. Take another AHSS with at least 980 MPa of tensile strength for pressing and forming a disk. Apply low heat input welding, such as cold metal transfer (CMT) welding, to the rim and the disk to produce a wheel. According to the present invention, the welding quality of products can be improved significantly; the fatigue lifetime of wheels can be enhanced; and wheels are lightweight.

Manufacturing method for advanced high-strength steel wheel and jig device thereof

A device having a rail and a block includes a rail and a block. The rail includes a body and a hollow inside, the hollow inside being located inside the body. The hollow inside of the rail is provided with a lightweight, shock absorption and sound absorption material, and the lightweight, shock absorption and sound absorption material is selected from a group consisting of foam metal material, polystyrene, asbestos, foam, plastic, and rubber. The block is adapted for sliding along the rail to finish a slide path.
