A transmission mechanism of a lock assembly includes a base; a core assembly partially received in the base and having therein a core adapted to connect to the rod so as to control movement of the rod; an operating element rotatably connected to the base; a clutch device movably received in the base and selectively engaged with the operating element; a driving device received in the core assembly to drive the clutch device to move toward/away from the operating element; and an activation device connected to the base to control operation of the driving device such that the latch is moved with assistance of the rotation of the operating element when the clutch device is connected to the operating element and the latch is immovable when the clutch device is away from engagement with the operating element.

Transmission mechanism of a lock assembly

A shell assembly includes a first shell having an elastic joint component securely formed on a side face of the first shell, a second shell received in the first shell having a concavity to correspondingly partially receive therein the joint component, such that the first shell and the second shell are separably connected together for a replacement application.

Lock shell assembly

In a cylinder lock assembly, a latch operating tube has an enlarged end portion extending into an outer drive tube disposed in an outer handle. A locking spindle is disposed in the latch operating tube and has a locking tongue extending radially and outwardly through the outer drive tube to interlock with an outer rose when the locking spindle is pressed by a push button to move to a locked state. A locking plate is sleeved around the locking spindle and has a radial locking part to engage a protrusion that projects radially and inwardly from an inner surface of the enlarged end portion so that the locking spindle is locked against movements to an unlocked state when the locking spindle is in its locked state.

Push-button type cylinder lock assembly

In a handle-returning device of a cylinder lock assembly, a support base has an inner annular flange and an axial spring-retaining lug. A rotation driver has an inner tubular wall extending into the inner annular flange of the support base, and a spring driving element. A torsion spring is disposed around the inner annular flange and between the support base and the rotation driver, and has a spring leg abutting the spring-retaining lug and the spring driving element. A rotary plate abuts the support base opposite to the rotation driver, and has an engaging part engaging a tongue projecting from the rotation driver. A reinforced structure is thus provided to oppose high torsional stresses produced upon rotation of a lever handle.

Handle-returning device for a cylinder lock assembly

A door lock assembly includes a press button disposed within an inner drive tube and an inner handle. A cam mechanism is provided to associate with the press button and the inner drive tube to rotate the press button when the press button is pressed axially. The cam mechanism includes an inclined cam groove/slot which is formed in one of the inner drive tube and the press button and which extends substantially in a helical direction, and a cam protrusion formed on the other one of the inner drive tube and the press button and extending into the cam groove/slot. A press button rod is connected to the press button for simultaneous rotation with the press button.

A door lock includes a first driven wheel connected drivenly to a motor and having two resilient driving elements, and a second driven wheel connected drivenly to a rotary handle and the first driven wheel. The second driven wheel has a driven element disposed between and driven by the driving elements so that the second driven wheel moves to a first or second position to place a latch bolt in a latching or unlatching position. When the latch bolt is jammed, the second driven wheel is inoperative. However, as the driving elements are resilient, the first driven wheel can continue its rotation without being obstructed.

Electric door lock

An electric door lock includes a transmission wheel driven by a motor and incorporating a spring with a driving end to drive a driven wheel. The transmission wheel and the driven wheel are rotatably sleeved around an inner drive tube connected to an inner handle. A spindle is inserted into the inner drive tube and has an operating end exposed from the inner handle. The driven wheel is connected integrally to the spindle for rotation. Preferably, a coupling piece extends through an arc-shaped slot in the inner drive tube and interconnects the driven wheel and the spindle.

A kind of cylindrical lock, this lock able to be installed on a door, includes: one transmission structure which can operate a drive base, this drive base gearing a latch mechanism; this latch mechanism having: one tubular shaped element, which can be coupled to a handle for actuation; a tube, which can be rotated and inserted into the tubular shaped element; one pushing part, having one side with at least one pushing section, this pushing section able to push the drive base at the appropriate time; a collar, which can be set on one end of the tubular shaped element, a meshing section formed on one end of the collar; an engaging element, partly installed in this pushing part, one meshing section formed on this engaging element, and this engaging element having at least one pushable section; one rotating part, having at least one pushing portion, each pushing portion at the appropriate time pushing the adjacent pushable section of the engaging element; one lock set, having a lock core linked to one transmission part; rotating this lock core to move from the beginning position at an angled position in a predetermined direction back to the beginning position, the transmission part of this lock set can push a moving part, causing this engaging element to do axial displacement, and causing the meshing section of the engaging element to be positioned and move between the incompatible meshing of the first position or compatible meshing of the second position, on the meshing section of this collar.

Cylindrical lock

A lock with a support structure includes a tubular element connected to a handle having a positioning hole and a center hole. The center hole contains a lock set having a rotatable lock core connected to a transmission element. The transmission element has separated first and second sides. A transversally slidable element is installed to the tubular element for receiving a bias pressure of an elastic element, and includes a protruding portion and a bearing portion. The protruding portion can be moved between engaged and non-engaged positions of the positioning hole of the handle. The support structure includes a support portion. If the first side of the transmission element approaches the support portion of the support structure, the bearing portion of the transversally slidable element will approach the second side of the transmission element for limiting the displacement of the transversally slidable element when an external force is applied.
