A power switch circuit with current sensing is disclosed. The power switch circuit is coupled between an input voltage and an output terminal. The power switch circuit includes a power switch, a first sensing switch, an adjusting circuit and a second sensing switch. The power switch is coupled to the input voltage. The first sensing switch is coupled in series between the power switch and the output terminal. There is a first node between the first sensing switch and the power switch. The adjusting circuit is coupled to the first node. The second sensing switch is coupled between the adjusting circuit and the output terminal. A control terminal of the power switch is coupled to a first control voltage. Control terminals of the first sensing switch and the second sensing switch are coupled to a second control voltage. The second control voltage is different from the first control voltage.

Power switch circuit with current sensing

A power switch circuit is disclosed. The power switch circuit includes an input terminal, an output terminal, a first switch, a second switch, a sensing switch and an adjusting circuit. The first switch is coupled to the input terminal. The second switch is coupled to the first switch and the output terminal. A first node between the first switch and the second switch has a first node voltage. A breakdown voltage of the second switch is higher than that of the first switch. The sensing switch is coupled to the input terminal and the first switch. The adjusting circuit is coupled to the first node and the sensing switch. A second node between the adjusting circuit and the sensing switch has a second node voltage. The adjusting circuit adjusts the second node voltage according to the first node voltage to make it equal to the first node voltage.

Power switch circuit

A power switch circuit is disclosed. The power switch circuit includes an input terminal, an output terminal, a power switch, a control circuit and a voltage holding circuit. The power switch is coupled between the input terminal and the output terminal. The power switch has a control terminal. The control circuit is coupled to the input terminal and the output terminal respectively. The control circuit compares a first voltage of the input terminal with a second voltage of the output terminal to generate a control signal. The voltage holding circuit is coupled to the control circuit and the control terminal. The voltage holding circuit provides a default voltage larger than 0 V to the control terminal according to the control signal.

A power switch circuit is disclosed. The power switch circuit includes a switch circuit, a first current protection circuit, a second current protection circuit and a selection circuit. The switch circuit is coupled between an input terminal and an output terminal. The switch circuit includes a first sensing switch, a second sensing switch and a power switch. The first sensing switch, the second sensing switch and the power switch are the same cell. The first current protection circuit is coupled to the second sensing switch. The second current protection circuit is coupled to the first sensing switch. The selection circuit is coupled to the switch circuit, first current protection circuit and second current protection circuit. The selection circuit generates a selection signal according to an output voltage to selectively enable the first current protection circuit or second current protection circuit.
